The service is amazing and accommodating, with nice people who know what they're doing. They offer custom pieces and repairs done promptly. While prices may be slightly higher, the customer service and product quality are a much higher standard. It is highly recommended as the best jewelry store around.
They have repaired my girl’s favorite necklace twice. I purchased an engagement ring for her recently. They reset the stone exactly how I wanted it. Very friendly staff.

My family loves Feagans. My husband just gifted me a locket from them and it is absolutely beautiful. They have also resized my ring in the past for a reasonable price. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind.
