I took my boy here. Very bad experience, the guy just cut it like whatever he wanted. My kid has been letting his hair grow all summer to get an Anakin Skywalker haircut style and this guy just destroyed it.

Leanne is always accommodating to my wants, but I always trust and default to her experience and recommendations; not only for what is best for my individual needs (for maintaining a style I can manage) but also for looking out to creat a plan that maintains the health and integrity of my hair. I feel her ability to listen and lead me in a direction to take care of my locks is top-notch. She recommends products that are superb, gives me great cut, and highlights, and makes sure I rebook my next appointment (as to not forget to take care of my needs and hair goals). The prices here have become outrageous. I will be looking for a different place to get my hair cut. I booked a cut and blowout with eyebrow wax. When I got there, the stylist told me my hair was too long and they had to charge me extra for the trim. I only wanted 1-2 inches off the length of my hair. My total ended up being over $90! You’ve got to be kidding me.
They also don’t pick up the phone when you call to try and reschedule an appointment or anything like that. While I was getting my hair cut, I witnessed first hand that the phone started ringing and every stylist in the building ignored it and carried on with whatever they were doing. But then they get mad when people don’t show up to appointments or try to walk in. Of course if they can’t reach you to book an appointment or reschedule they’re just going to walk in!

Horrible management i call twice to confirm my appointment. Told me they made a mistake in the booking and they were running late so couldn't help me. Ask me to return in 1and half hours. Don't go to this hair cuttery they don't care about the clients

Sinan exceeded my expectations! He was welcoming and so friendly. My hair looks better than the pictures I showed him. He knew what it was needed. I definitely found my new stylist! Thank you Sinan for giving me my hair back!!

Went in without an appointment 2 hours before closing. 2 stylists were there and no one waiting not any other cuts in progress. I was asked if I could come back next day. So much for walk in service.
