“We have worked with them on several home sales and always get great service. Paula and Adam are very professional, proivide excellent advice and make every sale go smoothly.”
“Rented with Apex for over a year, in the same building with them. Never had a problem, Crystal in the office was wonderful to work with, Steven saw to anything that needed fixed. Apex reported my good rental payment record to my mortgage lender when requested, and my entire experience with Crystal, and all of the Seacrists have been just superb. They are a credit to Shepherdstown.”
“What a first-class operation. Jackie Lewis was extraordinary! Achieving exactly what she said she would, “sell my property”! Knowledgeable, communitive, professional, and accessible, Greentree performed. As a first-time seller, I had many questions, all of which Jackie provided timely, reliable responses while never expressing frustration at my transactional ignorance. In a depressed “seller’s market” we were able to achieve precisely what I wanted; a sale, at price higher than I anticipated in a timely manner with no hassles. This lady delivers with class!
Five stars is an understatement !!!”

“Excellent agent, excellent person - go with Kevin. Kevin helped me with the purchase of my first home. Kevin’s deep knowledge and kind, thoughtful presence made the process (which could have been very stressful) a smooth and joyful one. He always had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend Kevin; he is someone you want by your side at such a big life moment!”
