“JR Stanley's review that "I'm a bad person" is a result of a personal matter between his "business" and my home. I had asked him very plainly if his driveway/asphalt business was licensed and insured and he told me that it was. He visited my residence, gave me a written quote (after a few days via email), and when I asked for license and insurance information, he didn't produce it. I repeated those attempts and when challenged, he proceeded to berate me in a Facebook post for calling him out. Just to be clear, at the time of our interaction, Mr. Stanley held no contractor's license, nor did he have insurance. His libelous comment is a result of that interaction. Needless to say, I didn't procure his services. As far as real estate is concerned, I welcome those who wish to know what kind of person I am, or what type of values I represent, to go to Zillow and read any one of the more than 100 reviews that have been posted.”
