I'll give a review whenever I finally get my couch been 2 weeks not even a courtesy phone call to let me know they are still working on getting order in. When I called I felt as though I bothered them.

Worst experience ever! Been waiting over a month for my furniture. No one knows what's going on at this store. No communication skills and definitely no sales skills. It seems like they will be out of business soon. Don't waste your time.

I have tried to contact Aaron's I have been put off trying to rent a living room suit and put off called numerous times people supposed to contact me they don't do it try to call the store don't get no answer I doubt if I ever ran anything from Aaron's again they just don't know how to treat their customers and when you call to complain they're short-handed they're short-handed

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen in my we customers deserve respect they act like they are doing us a favor we pay their salary they act so entitled even up to corporate I've been a customer for years I've paid off many items I get physically sick when I have to call tje store the one word that comes to mind is idiots once I pay off my current leases I will never buy anything else again from them

I would give this place 0 Stars my house burnt down in January everything a total lost and I had a bedroom suite with them and I'm responsible because apparently my club wasn't paid that month I'm literally just now getting back on my feet I will never come there and get anything else I will take my business to rent a center

I’d give 0 stars if I could. We moved from Charleston to GA called before we left to schedule to have 2 things picked up. Set up a time and have a point of contact who would let them pick it up. I was told by the associate to put the items outside and they’d get it. My first thought. Absolutely not it will be stolen before nightfall. Here we are 3 weeks later calling and hounding the store to get them to pick it up. The associate who answered was rude and disrespectful from the start. When he was told it has to be picked up by Friday as we have to turn our keys over he advised that sounded like a threat. I explained no it’s a promise as we’ve made arrangements to return our keys and have to honor that. He stated there is no reason to be going round and round.
I have lodged a formal complaint through corporate and I’m pending a call from the regional manager as of now.

Nice furniture, polite service. Just know you will be paying more than the worth of the product. Save the money each month and buy new for half the cost elsewhere.

WORST STORE EVER . WORST PEOPLE EVER . I was discriminated because of the area I lived in , on the day of my appointment they told me they were not delivering my furniture because of my “bad neighborhood” so I was refunded. When I went for my refund the manager and front desk lady were disrespectful and were trying to not give me my money back until I threatened to put them on social media and have police involved.

Not bad people but the company did have a law suit before for selling there customers information... There was a settlement and everything I got a whole 44$ ?

The store was clean, and the salesperson was very helpful. They had a nice selection of items from beds to televisions.One of the things they need to work on is delivery. We got the wrong item, and now we're waiting weeks for them to come and pick up the old item and deliver the correct one.

Would give less that 1 star if it were an option.Customer service is rude, especially the sales manager. I was talked to worse than a dog, I was threatened to have my tv taken. I decided to return it this Saturday, the sooner the better so I will no longer have to deal with them.I absolutely do not recommend them to anyone!

Payed $250 down on a mattress 4 days later they said they had one in store didn't get the one I wanted so I wanted my money back at they said they didn't have all of it and couldn't give me part payment or go to the bank that if they got a couple payments in they would have it.
