Aspen dental appointment, Dr king explained to me about my infected tooth which needed to be treated first before having them pulled. He was nice very good dentist. and pleasant the hygienist explained to me what need to be done and due to my teeth being sensitive she was very careful thank you Megan.

Place is a total scam. Went to have a tooth pulled tried to sell me 15k in services. I paid for an extraction and they canceled a week before and stated it was because I did not sign up for enough service. Place is a total sales scam. DO NOT GO THERE!

Very friendly and professional. My only negative comment is the somewhat hard sell of various products like screening for dental cancer (which is extremely rare) and a sonic toothbrush. I was in pain and assessed. What is it they say? “Read the room”. The very last thing I wanted at the time. To be fair, I guess this is (sadly) a fairly common practice for dentists these days. I did get a thorough detailed printout of all work needed.

After a denture reline on 10/8 at the Charleston WV office, I was having problems eating and was in pain. I called to go back in for an adjustment and was given an appointment on 11/25 - more than a month later. I explained that I could not eat and was in pain any time I was using the denture, whether eating or not. I could not believe they expected me to go through this pain for over a month, but confirmed that was the case. Thankfully I contacted a reputable dentist and the problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes.

The doctor and staff are amazing. They treated me with care. I was a new patient and they listened to me and assured that my worries would be taken care of. The doctor was very knowledgeable and shared some insights on how to help my sensitive teeth and overall health. Great job team!

Fabulous service and personnel! From the moment I walked in, Megan greeted me sweetly and assisted with the registration process. Mel ( dental assistant) and I had lots in common ( my bonus daughter), and she was very fun and efficient. Dr. King is so gentle and informative… I didn’t even feel the Novocain needle because he took his time and numbed my gums first and instilled the Novocain slowly. Madi ( lead dental assistant) was also caring and efficient ( she’s the first person who ever told me that the bone/ bump on my upper palate was from grinding my teeth ?) and finally at checkout, Rachel was great at providing my estimate, and calling the next day to confirm insurance payment. It was the best choice for a dentist while I’m traveling ???

Already left a bad taste in my mouth. I called, and when you call, you will go to a call center. Not the actual office. I asked specifically for a teeth cleaning and, when I arrived I was informed it’s only a x-ray appt and consultation and treatment plan with the doctor. That is major red flags. I wasted my day to come here to be misled.
Do not go here unless you need a cheap xray and consultation or immediate dental care. This is not a good place for routine dentist given the misleading appointment. I’m not sure how they get away with this. It’s unethical and quite frankly could be a case of fraud.
So please. Please. Please. Be careful.

Not sure how they stay in business treating customers the way they do. They are nice up front until they talk you into getting services that you didn’t ask for. Then once they do the work, take your money, take your insurance money, then they don’t want to deal with you anymore. The work they do is not complete and they will not make it right. When you complain about it, they will send you a letter stating they will no longer see you as a patient. So you are stuck with dentures that don’t fit correctly, sore and bleeding gums, can’t eat real food, etc. All we asked was to make good on your work. How would you feel?
