Very confusing.Went for first visit with free cleaning .Was 15 minutes early as asked to be. Sat in a room 45 minutes + with no contact. Finally took x-rays and found a tooth needed root canal then moved us to financial advisor that told us she needed a deep cleaning which cost almost $800. Left the office after 2 hours with the free cleaning that was promised in their TV advertising.

Dr. Cost has gone above and beyond yet again! Couldn't recommend Aspin Dental services enough, very thorough and professional, absolutely perfectly environment with great supporting staff. Best decision I've ever made!

Waited 2 months for an appointment that I confirmed via text from them. I arrived at the office 20 mins early to fill out any paperwork needed and was told by the receptionist that my appointment had been canceled because there was no verbal conformation. She said she was the one that called for the verbal conformation and if I had a voice mail she always left messages. I had no call from them or voice mail. She also stated the owner requires the verbal even though they send the texts out and their number doesn't even say aspen dental when they call. I asked to speak to the office manager whom just kept telling me the same thing "owner" "verbal conformation" . The office manager also told me they only had 1 dentist working and 50 patients scheduled for the day. The office was open from 9:00am to 7:00pm and if the dentist never took a lunch he had around 12mins to spend with each patient. There is no way 12 mins is enough time to provide anyone would good care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get information on new dentures. In order to discuss it, I went through with the xray and impressions made. Once I sat down with the salesman, he told me the prices. That was all I needed. Their prices with insurance were far higher than the cash price elsewhere. I am sure that it is not completely apples to apples, but I cannot afford the difference. I would not have left a review, other than the many emails asking me to.

Got my emergency appointment within two hours of calling.My problem and a plan for future work was taken care of in short order. All of the employees were super nice and professional. My repair plans were explained to me so that I understood the process. Looking forward to working with them soon on a better smile.?

My first visit I was surprised when my "guaranteed" $40,000 implants through Clear Choice, which Aspen bought out, was not accepted. People seemed professional and courteous and after a normal wait, I was taken back and initial tech saw me. I then waited two hours before I was seen by the dentist. I was offered a loan for the $2814 work needed but $2,000 of that was for where my gum had receeded of which I probably would have been charged for by clear choice so I signed on loan and scheduled for the next week. On return, I went in and nobody was else was waiting. As I waited for my name to be called, three others came in sometime after me. After an hour and the others being taken to the back, I carefully checked appointment time of the others and they weren't scheduled before me. I assumed they had an emergency after the time I waited the first time, but feeling frustrated with this "scheduling" on top of knowing I was getting nothing for the lifetime contract on the company they bought out, I politely told receptionist to "have a nice day" and left. I don't know about the contract, but I do feel like they need to schedule patients a little better.

So when I called Aspen dental they scheduled my son and asked me what type of insurance over the phone he had and they knew and had my son take a day out of school to go and we'll when we got there they said they don't take his insurance and in a very rude disrespectful way. I do not recommend them what do ever. This is not first instance of bad interaction but will be my last.

I had trouble reaching the office at first because of a new phone line being placed, but once I came to my second appointment, they made it a point to get me in as quickly as possible. I really appreciated them doing their best to get me in a timely manner!

Aspen Dental is without a doubt the best Dental office i have ever visited. They keep you informed about every possible dental procedure you need and do everything they can to make you as comfortable as they canI would recommend them to anyone

On the original day of my first appointment the xray machine went down and no one on staff knew how to fix the problem which was fine even though it screwed me outta medicaid paying for my dentures. Then when I went back in for the next appointment all went well then I was moved to a green room and waited for a price estimate. They eventually came in and told me I could wait or they could call me in about 15 mins for the estimate. As I had to do some shopping at sams i ellected for the call. THEY NEVER CALLED!!! I called them 6 days later and they told me the price. I then asked for the estimate to be emailed and THEY NEVER SENT THE EMAIL!!! This is flatout appauling!!!

Took my wife to the Charleston office. She wanted to check on getting her teeth fixed.First, they said she had periodontal disease, 2nd opinion said no she didn't. 2nd. They said she needed 10 crowns and wanted to charge us $16000!. 3rd...she decided she'd rather have dentures. The Dr argued with her. I guess he was afraid he wouldn't get the $37000 they tried to take from us. We left and will never return. We went to Affordable dentures and implants and have been treated well, Dr Gilbert and staff are very friendly and professional.

Well the first initial appt was great Dr king said I would have no problems that he couldn't fix. Then the first set didn't fit in my mouth they were to big an after trying to tell him what was wrong an bunch of talking nothing got fixed. So I went along time without teeth keep in mind I was suppose to learn an get used to having dentures with the first set lol I haven't worn them once. Know I've got my permanent set, the tops fit ok but the bottoms are sitting up way too high an I've got to wait another 3 weeks to have them filed down to fit so they stop giving me migraines. I'm just tired of having problems that don't get fixed. So after paying a couple thousand dollars I have to walk around with no teeth while everyone looks an laughs like I have been for a year almost. If your planning to get teeth here I would think twice about this place

I have been to Aspen Dental a few times. Every visit is over 2 hours long, I was left sitting in chair for way too long. I was charged $5600 for partials, only after 2 months the front tooth popped off. I took my teeth in for repair only to get in return a set of partials that looked like rabbit teeth, I then asked for them to be repairedI been waiting 3 weeks to get my partials back and still yet to receive them. I wtry to call n check on them and it's like my # has been black listed. I have to call from another #.

I went there to get a tooth pulled. I waited from 9:15am to 11am to get a treatment plan. I had to be back at work at 1pm. I thought I was getting my tooth pulled today but the billing lady refused because I got upset that I had to be back at work at 1pm. She refused to make me a future appointment. I would recommend that you only go there if you need implants or dentures. I will not be going back to them. The other staff was very nice. But you know I was not nasty to the billing lady. I was in pain and still am.

Had a scheduled new patient appointment for my 93 year old mother and even received a confirmation call and email. Drove 30+ miles to the office only to be told there's no appointment. Will not reschedule with this business again and do not recommend. They would not even try to make an effort to work her in. Very unprofessional. Now I receive a message saying the appointment was canceled because it wasn't confirmed hmm wonder who called and left a message yesterday that I returned right away. Good job ASPEN. Will not reschedule if your office can't do any better than that
