When I first arrived at the Town Center Store, it was not particularly busy. Jon was there and because he has assisted previously, he was available and assisted me this time. Not only did I want to pay my bill, but I also wanted to cancel Assurion on my account. He was able to take care of both of those plus show me I few other changed for me to consider. I was wanting to be able to pay me bill online, but Jon suggested autopay. I decided to take advantage of that as well. He also told me to call 611 to discuss the late fee on my previous bill with reviewing my payment history with at&t. I plan to do that soon.

Originally we went in to do a simple trade but Courtney helped with a lot more. She got me the exact phone I wanted and helped me save money on my Bill and phone trade it. I have not been a happy customer with AT&T previously. But with how knowledgable, efficient, and kind Courtney was, it made me happy to stay as an AT&T customer. Thank you!

What a DISAPPOINTMENT OF SERVICE I don't know this person's name, he is older, he is tall and has shaved hair, he never wants to work, he is always in a bad mood and if you need to pay or make any move with your line he always says, call service , I can not do anything

I am checking into changing my provider. The representative(Joshua) was quite knowledgeable on plans and new phones;he ask pertinent questions about my phone use to find the right plan and phone for me. I was impressed with the good customer service, since you rarely get that these days

I got the runaround from customer service online and on phone when I attepted to cancel auto pay. I was told I had to go to the store. When I went to store, rep I initially spoke to said they couldn't help. However, store manager Courtney McNew overheard and offered to help me by dealing with customer service on the phone. She spent at least 1/2 hour with me and, by using her store and employee numbers, was able to achieve what I could not. She has a friendly, can-do attitude and was effective. She is a good managerial choice.

I've read many of the reviews here and it's dismaying to see so many "1's". My wife and I have visited this store several times as she uses an iPhone that she upgrades regularly. She and our son have iPads and so do I.I can say that Mark, our sales guy was incredibly helpful and gave wonderful information on options for a new iPhone 14 today. The store was not very busy and the other salesman was busy with a customer.Sometimes there are problems in the past and they're corrected and things get better. It takes people speaking up like here. I can say that the experiences here have been good, especially today with Mark, our very knowledgeable salesman. Today my wife ordered a new 14 Pro Max and the experience was top notch. I can recommend this location if you're an AT&T customer and buying a new phone or iPad, whether an Apple or Android. Remember, there's plenty of parking in the garage and then they're the first store on the left in the mall. Stop at the food court and have something to eat, also. Or, go shopping at JCPennys or other stores.

Hunter was the absolute best! My old phone was a whole situation and I spent hours there and he was trying his very best. Mark and the store manager there were trying to help too . But I would send anyone Hunters way because he was professional, kind and truly cared .
