We came into the Kanawha City store to replace my iPhoneX. It had been a good phone. I had it almost 6 years! It was time for a new phone though. Rob Grim is an excellent sales consultant. He answered all our questions and explained the options and available deals and discounts without being pushy. He has a great sense of humor. We are long-time AT&T customers, and we were pleased that we could get deals too on a new phone. Rob made it a very pleasant experience on a late afternoon on Mother's Day Sunday.
