Laura Hartleroad in Cross Lanes was extremely helpful with getting us new phones and apple watches. Store was clean, we came an hour before they closed and we didnt feel rushed at all. She is very patient and knowledgeable, she also helped us put cases & screen protectors on as well.

The manager Mario, and the sales representative, Laura went above and beyond
to make sure all my data transferred from my broken phone. They are very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about upgrading my phone. I highly recommend Cross Lanes AT&T! I won't go to any other location from now on!

I had a problem transferring my saved voicemails of my deceased parents over to my new phone & earlier no one knew how to do it. I took my phone out today & Robert, the store manager was able to do it right away. This meant a lot to me, as this is all I have left of my parents & I really appreciated his help & knowledge!!
