The service/ parts staff at Audi Charleston, WV are exceptional in their professionalism, knowledge and resourcefulness.I own an up-market brand vehicle that is part of the Audi group.1,000 miles from home, on 3/16, I discovered I had a nail in one of my extremely uncommon tires.I called around every tire shop In Charleston see if they could help me. I was told by every tire shop In the area that my exotic tire was unrepairable and only my brands' dealership could locate the tire I needed. The only catch was that the closest dealership was 200 miles away, otherwise I would be stranded for 5 days waiting for one to arrive!Luckily, I reached out to the service/parts department at Audi Charleston, as a Hail Mary, and Don in parts found a close match to get me on my way.With the coordination of the service department on 3/17 they squeezed me in and had me on the road in less than 24 hours.I can't express my gratitude enough for the service/parts/ and technician staff members that worked to find a solution so quickly when no-one else could.Im gratefull for the team at Audi Charleston. Every service department would be lucky to have a staff this wonderful!

I cannot give enough high praises to Jonathan Sinnett of Astorg. I am a 60 y.o. man. I have a cousin in the car sale business who has taught me every trick used. I've purchased dozens of cars in my lifetime. Before I buy, I research ad nauseum. I won't put money down unless I am 1000% sure. I must say that my experience with Jonathan was exemplary. Astorg is located 4 hours from me. Most of the transaction was done over the phone. Jonathan gave me a great trade in price. The price of the Q5 was already the best I had found on the internet. The hardest part was getting me a loan approval. I don't how, but they got me an APR that was HALF was I was offered at just about every other place on the east coast. I can go on and on so I'll just end by saying, I'll be driving 4 hours for every future Audi to see Jonathan.

Took my S4 to Audi of Charleston for new tires & wheels. I am a worrier, in that if anything can go wrong, it will. All my worrying was just a waste of time, as I was thrilled with the expertise and professionalism that I experienced. Sara & Lee made sure the job was completed to my satisfaction, and cost was very reasonable. Jasper did his best to keep my worrying to a minimum!!

What a great buying experience. Gary was very accommodating from discussion of car options, pricing, negotiations, payment and delivery. It was all low stress and fast. Furthermore, Roy did a great job of delivering the car to us out of state. Best experience yet with a dealership!

Audi Charleston deserves recognition for the Unethical practice of pricing cars above MSRP and telling customers that they are being fair. This is simply driven by Greed. In an Industry where Integrity is so important and so needed, they have cast such Values aside in favor of the almighty dollar. I have been a Salesman for 42 tears and in the auto industry for 25 and I never have and never will work for anyone that engages in these practices. Shame on them.

Received excellent service for my RSQ8. Malachi was very helpful in having a cosmetic issue resolved as part of my extended warranty. Their work exceeded my expectations. Beth Kogey, my sales consultant, was also attentive and assisted me with the scheduled service, warranty, and loaner car. Premium service experience!

Came in today to get a new key programmed for our new Audi Q5.Ours was lost in a fire at our home. I wanted to to call attention to the Service Manager Andrew Esarey for going beyond the call of duty to help us out. Very seldom do you see someone like Andrew taking the time out of his busy day to help a customer in need. This is the 3rd Audi we have purchased from this dealer and it won’t be the last. Even though we live in Beaufort it is well worth the drive to purchase a car from a dealership that cares. Thanks again Andrew. Can’t thank you enough for your help Regards Mike and Ellen Sutton

Wow. Handled a delicate sale with absolute poise. My dad passed away and left me his S5. We had bonded over our love of Audis. After a little while with the car it was time to trade it in along with my Q5. Jasper, sales manager, was communicative and went above and beyond to get me my new S5. Gary, sales associate, drove 9 hours round trip along with another kind employee to get the car to me and show me all the features on it. It even had a bow on it when it arrived. They took the other two away with ease. During a difficult time for the auto industry amid the pandemic, this dealership made sure to stay honest and respectful toward the customer. I thought I'd be sobbing watching my dad's car get taken away, but am so grateful to be carrying on his memory in a beautiful new S5 he would have loved. Thank you, Audi Charleston team, for a wonderful and happy experience!
