I’m from England trying to cycle from New York to San Francisco, and I ended up with three broken spokes (I had spares but not the right tools).
I called in and Andrew and his team were so accommodating and did everything to help me out and get me properly mobile again.
I’ve been into, and seen a lot of bike shops and it doesn’t take long to ‘feel’ the attitude and understand if the staff know their stuff. Just spending time in the shop and the workshop allowed me to see for myself what a great company this is and understand that they know what they are talking about.
Other than the kindness shown to me, I would definitely recommend this business if you want to buy a bike or have one serviced / fixed.
