Great staff and very kind & helpful to the kiddos! Great addition to Charleston & needs to be supported to keep it here! All the updated Holiday outfits! Great for parties! Located safely in the town center mall! Plenty of parking. Well lit. Close to Santa’s Photo area and the middle atrium area. Love it here!

I have never been to Build A Bear until now and I'm 69 yrs.old.It's a cute little shop with all kinds of wonderful choices.The staff are so nice and helpful.We loved it

I have not been to builder bear since I was a child but me and my fiance ended up going for our anniversary this year. They were very professional and helpful and made her very happy with the bear we got ! Thank you so much !

We enjoy taking our kids to build a bear for their birthdays each year, such cute stuffed toys and the pay their age is a good deal. It would be 5 stars but they've gotten rid of their cute house boxes their used to give for the bears to go home in, putting them in a plain white bag instead, which was a bummer. Also just the fact that after 2 stuffies and one outfit each we had 75 bucks invested which seems like a lot considering one bear was only 5 bucks. But ultimately I'll be back next birthday cause it's a fun experience!

I loved taking my kids to build a bear but the cashier named Alexandria I believe was extremely rude and snapped at my toddler. She raised her voice and he cried after. Other than that it was awesome just kinda pricey.
