EDIT: Due to some technical difficulties, I had a hard time getting anyone on the phone to confirm my appointment, but still made it in. They did a fantastic job, got scratches off the outside that I thought were permanent and made the inside of my vehicle look brand new - despite being 11 years old. Thanks!
