They get your stuff stolen, pretend main door is needing repair that’s why unlocked. Thief’s are their own employees. This has happened many many times.

Being a customer of IncaAztec Self Storage for a number of years I can honest say that choosing their facility was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I rent one of the larger climate controlled units. I have 24/7 access to my items. The facility is well lite, clean and the staff go well beyond the realm of ordinary customer service. ?

Sally and staff are so helpful with all my needs. The storage building is always kept clean and no bugs. I have told countless people about IncaAztec. The prices are extremely fair and it’s placement is very convenient.

Helped son move stuff in one of the inside storage unit. Was clean wish they had lights inside units ,it is a little dark in them. Office person was super nice

It seems I always need a storage unit.So it is a pleasure to say this is a great value. I rented the Climate Control unit. The temperature was so pleasant. I have rented ones that the inside temperature was still miserable.This place was always clean and neat. Added bonus they provide a dolly and a hand truck to help move in. It surprised me, but boy what a help it was. They also allow you to use their dumpster, within reason. How nice.I hate that I am moving. I am sure I will not find Management and Owners this nice.

It seems I always need a storage unit. This spring I went to a new place. IncaAztec Self Storage. Sally was very pleasant to start with. You can tell she loves her job. She knows all about there property and wants to know if something goes wrong or if you need anything. It is clean, secure and well kept. I got a climate controlled unit and it was very nice. Actually pleasant in there. What a plus. It was always clean and what a Plus, they have a dolly and a moving cart to use. How nice. There is also a garbage dumpster. Again how convenient. I sold my house and I am moving. The new storage units out of state don't compare. This is a great place. Thanks Sally

Whoever built and paved this place must have been drunk. What a total design disaster. The dips are so deep that it sets off the sensors in my truck; the alarms go off because the nose of the truck is pointed down in numerous areas and the bumper almost hits the asphalt. There are multiple areas where other vehicles have gouged deep and long marks into the asphalt. I don't think the builder ever heard of fill dirt and levels. Looks more like a kids skateboard park!

I was only a driver for someone that had a rental. I was able to park inside the facility near her unit. This made it convenient to load and unload her personals. Also, it was a very hot day and the employee provided water for us that day.
