Been a patient of CIM for 20 years. They are always able to see me the same day when I have an acute issue. My annual visit was extensive. My prescriptions are sent in correctly and to the right pharmacy. I recomment this place to my family and friends.

Very friendly office staff. They are always quick to have available appointments. Melissa Rainey is my provider there and she is amazing. She listens to all of my concerns and is very informative
