My husband and I opened bank accounts at this branch that were supposed to be linked to avoid account fees when my husband would go back to school. However, a mistake was made and the accounts were not properly linked. Commission fees began to be withdrawn from his account and not only that, from my account too even though sufficient funds were available in them. After multiple trips to the bank to resolve the issue, with the commitment and a promise that fees would be refunded, and a complaint to the escalation department later by the branch banker, Chase Corporate came back saying they are not able to make the refund despite their mistake and that they will not do anything further. Brooklynn Rodgers was the only in branch representative that tried to help with the situation. They don’t deserve such a customer oriented employee, given their closed door attitude towards customers. I will never bank or do transactions with Chase again. I cannot and will not be recommending them to anyone either.

It is nasty the elevators do not work half of the time this feeling ceiling is falling in the walls are killing and caving in and Lori person that maintains the building she is terrible with her employees and she drinks all the time they have maggots roaches and she has favorites she treats the day Porter better than she does the night that works there

Chase is a bank that I have had a long standing relationship with. I travel a lot for business and have been in many locations and cannot recall ever having an issue in any of their locations. I definitely recommend either this location or any of the Chase locations.

We would normally use the Chase location at the Kanawha Mall and we've always been treated with deference and respect at that location.The downtown Chase bank is a different story. On the last two occasions I've used them the personal bankers were rude, aloof and condescending. The impression is because they work downtown, have a $150.00 suit and a $15.00 haircut then they are superior.

I have an account at United Bank but for some reason they could not get my ATM card to work. This went on for a period of three years changing accounts and giving me new cards. Still would not except it sometimes came up in Spanish which they said did not exist on their ATM machine. So I changed to Chase bank and lo and behold everything went fine my ATM card now works and everything is wonderful!

I like Chase bank overall, but this particular branch has some of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. They are quite snappy and have bad attitudes. It has been on numerous occasions. If you can, avoid this branch and visit South Charleston instead.

Fast and friendly service. ATM located at drive-thru on block next to this one. Conveniently ocated in downtown Charleston.

Chase is my favorite bank - my only bank. The online services, local branches, and phone support is fantastic.
