I used a debit card at the self service bay it charged me 10 dollars my bank statement said big dog car care debited my money I try calling no answer! Something needs to be done about this

Just comfortable. No one bothers you. Machine is very picky. It’s hometown so I choose it.

Lost monet at the change machine on several occasions. Never got a refund. Good because it's 24/7 but outdated machines!

I only go to this car wash when I have no choice. The soap seems watered down and if youget it on you it dyes your clothes the same color.. The vacuums have NO power, the product machine took my money the last time I was there and another customer told me after I done it that it took his money also. The water sprays down from the ceiling while you are washing your car and gets you soaked, and if you go in the evening it's too dark in the bays.

Spent $10 on a car wash and looks just as bad as it did when I went in. Barely any soap came out. Very disappointed! No one was working and tried to call several times but no answer.. Will never go back.. Beware!!

Paid for a 12.00 car wash and definitely didn't even get the dirt off of my wheels. Totally missed almost the whole back of my car I guess right down the middle you can see it might have cleaned it a little. Then to top it off I went to get a glass cleaning cloth from their dispenser and it was very unclear how to use it I got 6.00 in quarters and ended up putting 3.00 in to still never get a towel for my windows! I am beyond displeased with this carwash! Won't be coming back here!

This place left a crazy wild haze on everything went and paid for 2 more rounds of wash and it wouldn’t come off spent 30$ at a manual wash ? I had to go home and hand wash it. Never againService: Auto detailing

Half the sprayers isn’t work and left a 2 foot wide soap from front to back. Won’t answer the phone either

I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this place! I just left there & the machine took my money! & there was no one on site I could even speak with! & the woman in the bay beside me said her brush wouldn't spit out any soap so I definitely would NOT recommend this place!

Worst wash job i have ever had. Tried calling but no one answered. I guess I was expecting too much foe $10.00.
