I have a leagcy checking account which isn’t charged for checks. I stopped at the Louisa branch and ordered checks the person( Melissa) ordered the checks and charged me, I called the paintsville office in which was told that I needed to talk to lousia branch and was transferred louisa branch said that since I open my account in paintsville they would transfer me back to paintsville which I told them I was transfer to them so then they said they woukd take care of it then Melissa called me back and informed me that I should of told her what my checking account t was when it was there mistake they blame me for this problem the staff isn’t friendly and act like it bothers them to do there job in both places I’ll be changing banks as soon as I find one with locations that would be convenient

DO NOT open a bank account with these people. 1. They have very outdated policies and extremely high fees.2. If you close your account, they will attempt to keep your money (No I don't owe them. No loans or mortgage) and will also let your CLOSED account accept transfers without notice that you received money so they can keep that money too.3. Employees are not well trained and have no idea what they're talking about. Over the span of 5 days 4 different employees have told me VERY different and conflicts things and everytime the timeline to resolve the matter kept magically getting extended.4. Employees are overall not very happy to help, let alone help you fix problems they created.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from an Absolutely disgusting employee that greets people in the drive through with 2 middle fingers...yes that's right..2 middle fingers. Nothing states Welcome we would like your business like displaying a big F You! Not 1 but 2 F You's. Really professional. DO YOUR BANKING SOME PLACE ELSE

The manager of this bank was seen on video all over the USA flipping the bird with both hands on an auditor named Mike. Appalling that she would act so unprofessional.

I've been banking with City National for over 20 yrs. I mostly do business with the Kanawha City location. The staff is professional, very friendly & efficient.

They lost my uncles drivers license and we went to go get a paper notary and the woman said she couldn’t do it but we interrupted her pow wow conversation with the other workers she was very rude

Do not use this bank if you are bad at saving money and or young. If you somehow go negative in your checking or saving they give you a paid item fee in one, then proceed to take the no money out of you savings then give you a paid item fee for your savings. So now that you owe them 100 dollars because you went ten dollars negative you miss out on rent and insurance!

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!! They are not only behind in the times and technology but pure inconsiderate azzholes! I have been with them 12 years and can't get a wire transfer without driving 1200 miles one way to sign for it! I will now be out of $6k plus losing on buying my home and homless with my 2 children! I was already going to close on the account after closing on my home but Regional manager Melissa (Berkeley Co) has demanded I close it now! She has also LOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND MY DEBIT CARD! When I called customer service to speak with someone I was told to only speak with her and good luck! Funny you can email me an affidavit to sign to close my account and send my money by check over night but can't wire it!

I have an account through this bank. I'm legally blind. I have been told twice my kind is not wanted there. I went in there to get quarters twice and one woman (blonde,short,wavy hair with glasses) denied me quarters both times. The other workers haven't denied me quarters the other times, however they do give a disapproving look. I reordered a bebit card 4 times and still have not recieved it. Its obvious I'm visually impaired. I have explained that I am and only get ignored or the disgusted look.This bank discriminates. Their discrimination is taking away my independence.
