I have been cricket for yrs never had a problem with Kanawha City I will never go back to this or Riverwalk they know nothing about the phones both stores need better employees are so rude Savannah just tell them to have the customer leave instead of fixing the issue. You messed up my new moto 24 stylus refuse to fix it. Yes I called corporate. Should be 0 for stars Cricket you keep having idiots at these store people will leave.

Keaton S screwed up our phones then tried to say it was our fault and wanted us to buy to more sim cards. Would not fix HIS mistake!!! I wouldn't recommend working with him!!!!

I been a customer for many years with Cricket and recently my phone stopped wanting to charge. I had a really rough day at my work and my partner did too, Thomas who worked at this location was able to answer all my questions and his overall spiritual energy and friendliness uplifted our spirits. I recommend this location.

Kayla is great. Even when I ask a million questions, she answers them and and is patient and she is very knowledgeable. Matt is very knowledgeable and helpful also! Store is clean and neat. I will stay with cricket wireless for these reasons. As always my experience there was great.

Went in to pay bill. All went well with that, however I noticed some headphones priced at 9.99 sitting on the counter. The sign and stickers on the boxes. I picked out a pair with pink chrome trim with a sticker tag of 9.99. When rung up they came to thirty something and she could not adjust. By law if it is marked a certain price it has to be sold at that price. It was not the sales persons fault. She tried and even called her management. I had to pick out another pair. I was very disappointed.
