CVS in Kanawha City is known for its very clean environment and friendly staff. The pharmacy is busy, which sometimes leads to waits, but staff generally handle customers well. One pharmacist received praise for her concern and personalized service. So many people are complaining but I like the store. The store is very clean and I have never trouble finding something and the manager and the people working there are always nice and helpful.

Had placed an order to get pics developed - machine needed service - this was Friday. Called today to see if machine was repaired - the repair person was to be there sometime this week.
