CVS in Kanawha City is known for its very clean environment and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the polite and caring employees, especially the pharmacists who often take the time to call physicians and ensure medications are safe. The pharmacy is busy, which sometimes leads to waits, but staff generally handle customers well. One pharmacist received praise for her concern and personalized service. However, there have been occasional issues, such as delays or rude responses from some staff, but overall, it remains a well-maintained and customer-focused pharmacy.
Big bright clean, full of in stock merchandise, the East plaza closed their doors years ago so this is my go to location and I absolutely love it 💟

So many people are complaining but I like the store. The store is very clean and I have never trouble finding something and the manager and the people working there are always nice and helpful.

Had placed an order to get pics developed - machine needed service - this was Friday. Called today to see if machine was repaired - the repair person was to be there sometime this week.
