DO NOT RENT !! our whole family (7) rented a SUV from here to go to ace adventures about 45 minutes away. we show up to airport after flying all day from 4 am to 12:30 (florida to west virginia)and the place isn’t even a thing !! there’s absolutely no desk or anyone here to help. we even have a confirmation number to prove they said our car would be here. here we are an hour later TRYING to get a refund , they just keep saying we can figure something out rather then getting a refund. we are fighting for a refund and having to pay out of pocket a very high price for another vehicle because it’s a walk up rental , when we were supposed to have a vehicle here for us already. now we’re going to be 2 hours late to our cabin , when we rented out a water park for the rest of the day and can’t get a refund on that. PLACE DOESNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING !! DO NOT RENT !!

Rented a car through expedia in advance to save money. My rental was cancelled a week before my trip because "the station is closed" so now I have to pay over $100 more than i originally paid to get a last minute SUV rental.

Worst experience ever.. booked my reservation online two days ago, paid for everything online, i get to the airport and this rude counter clerk says their policy has changed as of the 1st of April. I asked can i get refunded then? she says call customer service. Wife wife tries with her credit card, she says her maiden name is not on all of her cards so she cannot rent it either. I swear Yeager airport Dollar rental is the worst.WORST, WORST

Rented from Monday-Thursday for $102 through priceline. Needed 2 extra days so I called their 1800 number (Dollar Rental). I was told $48/day, It was actually 202.22 total for those 2 days + $102 from the original price. Save yourself a headache.. Go somewhere else. You're bill will have a $30 charge for the rental location, $6 for their lease tax, $1.49 for energy consumption (?), extra charges for hours you did not go over, etc. etc. I will NEVER go back here.

Car died on the interstate, called to get a new car or compensation.. they laughed and said “ no no we don’t do that here”.Got stuck on the interstate for 2 and half hours, put oil in the car and didn’t get compensated for it too. Just worst experience ever. So pray that your rental doesn’t brake down because of it does, they’ll do the bare minimum and send you on your way.

We had an excellent experience with Dollar at the airport location. Faith was extremely helpful in helping us choose the best car for our trip. She was very helpful guiding us super out of town visitors with guidance as far as sights to see and the bestcar to drive for our tri- state adventure. The desk is super easy to reach within the airport and you can choose the car you'd like in a covered lot. This is convenient during inclement weather. All in all we were very satisfied with our trip!

Good lort! Went to website to book vehicle and they were DOUBLE the cost of everyone else. That wasnt an exaggeration. Literally, $80/day for compact car!!! No thanks.

I just absolutely loved this rental car company the staff and super low prices are ones for the record books my friends they are unbeatable hands dwn the best love love love these guys
