“I went to 3 TMobile stores, the first store the guy helped as much as he could, the one in cross lanes, I didn't appreciate how they were acting, kinda disrespectful so I left, But the one in South Charleston tops it, Brandon worked on my iPhone for about an hour with no luck. He was kind, patient and understanding. He got me the phone I could afford right now, and I I've had no issues. Super cool guy, very thorough and cares about his customers. 10/10 recommended. “It's 7-11, just as any other you ever been to. Only negative thing is that there are always, no matter what time of day or night, quite a few "aggressive" homeless people that loiter out front of there. They will ask you for $ on the way in and on the way out. Lol, they don't take no for an answer easily lol. I'm just giving you a heads up! Other than that.....it's 7-11”
