“My wife and I visited this AT&T store to buy a phone service plan for her handicapped brother. We had no idea where to start. That is when we met Andrew Cochran and he took over from there. Andrew went above and beyond what was required of him to help us. Andrew was very patient with us and guided us through the process. He was awesome! It is employees like Andrew that will keep me coming back to AT&T! We had an excellent experience. Gary & Sandy”

“I went to 3 TMobile stores, the first store the guy helped as much as he could, the one in cross lanes, I didn't appreciate how they were acting, kinda disrespectful so I left, But the one in South Charleston tops it, Brandon worked on my iPhone for about an hour with no luck. He was kind, patient and understanding. He got me the phone I could afford right now, and I I've had no issues. Super cool guy, very thorough and cares about his customers. 10/10 recommended. Y'all go see Brandon at River Walk tmobile”

“Previously, we had phones from another company... named after a noisy, very annoying green, insect (which rhymes with Ticket btw)! We suffered through 2 years of being purposely misled (i.e. lied to), rudely insulted by a female manager at the Corridor G store location, sold defective & inferior phone equipment, & generally having our questions & service problems ignored by our previous provider,We originally got our T-Mobile phones almost 2 years ago from the sales rep, John, who was & is phenomenally helpful. We had been searching for about 2 months for a new phone provider and only planned to continue our "window shopping" that particular day but ended up buying on the spot & we're very glad we did! John even took the time to get us setup with our phones, so we had a totally smooth, problem free transition to our new phones... very important to anyone but even more so for a couple of "not quite so tech savvy" retirees!! That whole switching experience was totally unlike our experience with our previous phones when we lost ALL our phone contacts AND ALL OUR PICTURES!! We always deal with John for any of our questions or problems, which thankfully have been very minimal. In the beginning, we had a few "new phone panic" questions, but John was always able to solve our "problems" via a phone call. In fact, today's visit to the Kanawha Mall store location was only the second time we'd been in the store since we first came in to buy. T-Mobile is definitely a dependable phone provider & has a great bunch of friendly & helpful staff members in their Kanawha City store. However, DON'T ASK FOR JOHN... he's ours!!”

“If you shop this store ask for Summer. She is a very knowledgeable sales lady and she takes the time to explain everything to you. She is excellent! She didn’t receive commission on my sale and she still took time to explain everything and helped me with my phone. To me that’s excellent service! It wasn’t about commission it was about the customer. That doesn’t happen often in retail these days. If you want great service ask for Summer.”

“Target is a class act. They have much for mothers with small children and babies and are affordable. I take advantage of the in-store Starbucks and CVS Pharmacy.”

“It looks so much different than it did back in the day. I saw a sign on the side briefly about demolition. I haven’t kept up with any details on what’s happening to the mall lately. The inside looks great with stories of Charleston covering up what used to be stores that are now gone.”
