Good customer service interaction, but car was dirty, beaten up, can't get it touch with anyone to switch out a car that is falling apart. 3 month rental and I was given the worst car on their lot.

My wife and I just returned a rental this morning after a week of usage. When we got the car, such a sweet young lady was working. Upon returning it today, she was working again! Her name is either Isabelle or Isabella I believe. Such a sweetheart. She said she was new but you wouldn’t know it as she was very knowledgeable and her customer service skills are top tier! We were only here for a funeral sadly, and she made sure to give us her condolences. We have never had a more pleasurable experience renting a car and that speaks volumes as we travel A LOT! Please, if you happen to get this young lady, let her know she’s doing an amazing job! 10/10 just dealing with her alone made the experience 10/10. The vehicle was very clean as well and certainly did the job!

Cassandra, Chris, and the entire team at Smith St Enterprise go above & beyond to accommodate their customers. They make you feel like family there. The vehicles are always nice & clean, and even when availability is low.. they have exceeded my expectations. They do their very best to make sure their customers are satisfied. 10/10 recommended renting here.

Terrible experience. Reserved a car, just to be called the night before telling me they may or may not have one in the morning. Next morning they in fact, did not have one available (even after saying they did during reservation). Told me to call the South Charleston location since they had vehicles available. They made a reservation so that a car was held for me there. South Charleston then told me no cars were available and I needed to call the Yaegar Airport location. Yaegar said they could get me in a mini van, but it would cost significantly more. Requested they honor my original reservation price since it was their fault they reserved cars they didn't have available. Was told they would call me back, and never did.

We were not satisfied, went to the office, booked a car. They were supposed to call in the afternoon for collection, but no one called us anymore. Really unprofessional.

So I want to say thank you to Chad and his manager for wow saving me. I had a rental with budget only to arrive and be told me they would not accept my credit card. So I went to enterprise I explained I needed to get home since my granddaughter at birth has a very rare condition called neurocutaneous melanosis, my son is deployed and his wife doing the best she can. So they listened and I do realize it's the bad eggs that has made it so hard for honest folks. I would also like to say I am a veteran so yeahAnother shout out to Chad which I could never have enough praise for Chad and I do hope God blesses both Chad and the manager.
