Ashley and Sarah were the best. Got me into a car for 3+ weeks. They were able to swap me to another when I had a minor issue and were always courteous and communicative. Great people make a great location!

I rented a car for 3 days and when returned they found 2 problems that I did not cause and charged my insurance. I feel they took advantage of my great insurance plan and my age. I will never use them again

They didn’t follow what I want about car. They gave me SUV and high price. Be careful, they snitch because change plan for car and price. I’m not happy with them because disrespect. I’m disappointed and little bit hurt. ☹️

Drove to location no car for out of state license without cc. Wish I would have been informed of that. I have a account. Guy at desk was cool but I was very disappointed. No really. So I went and purchased a car at that location for cash. Seem like fun drove for 4 or 5 days and decided to use the 7 day return period option. The salesman where professional but he manager lady was unprofessional. Accused us of buying the car just to save on car rental fees. Then she said the salesman we bought the car from would lose the commission and has kids so we would feel guilty. I think she had the salesman leave so she could finish her guilt trip. We returned the car in original condition. She did not even need to be there.

Preston is the man to ask for when you need to buy a car super helpful and down to earth. Didn't feel like I was talking to a sales man as much as someone who wanted to help me personally. If you need or want a car he is the one.
