Great service. Vehicles are clean and they keep up maintenance. The only issue I had is their policy that won't allow you to turn in the vehicle in another state. You have to return to the same location. The policy, however, is due to lack of constant circulation of moving vans and trucks as there is with regular car and suv rentals. It makes sense. It is a different clientele with a different set of needs.

I recently rented a truck from Enterprise Truck Rental for my upcoming move. I was very impressed with the customer service, the selection of trucks, and the overall experience.The staff at the Enterprise location I went to were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was getting the right truck for my needs. I was also able to rent the truck for a very reasonable price.The selection of trucks at Enterprise was very impressive. They had a wide variety of sizes to choose from, so I was able to find the perfect truck for my move. The trucks were all clean and well-maintained, and they were easy to drive.Overall, I had a great experience renting a truck from Enterprise Truck Rental. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to rent a truck!

The way our business was handled today was extremely unprofessional. There are other ways to take care of customers who have dumped thousands a month into your business than the way it was handled today. It's sad because this was always our go to place and we've used them for every occasion, today was the last time though.

Service was awesome up until a couple weeks ago. The new manager Kevin is less than professional, and could care less if he has your business. He's very rude and condescending, especially toward women it seems. If you want a very undesirable experience, this is the place to rent a truck from.

They are VERY unprofessional. Terrible service, the company I work for ,we have dumped tons of money in to renting their trucks. Never again. Kevin Thompson should be fired for his childish ways!! He threw away a very lucrative contract. SMH

The Commercial team that we started with was amazing. Until Friday I haven't had any issues. Kevin was a completely unprofessional, and spoke to me in a chauvinistic mannor that made me feel like he was belittling .I tried to explain to Kevin that I tried multiple locations to try and get the oil change done before I was left with no other choice but to send the truck. I ended up having to pay for the oil change out of my pocket when I found a place that had the oil the truck required.Since Michah moved stores the atmosphere has completely changed. I noticed the difference when I walked into the store. It feels like a funeral home now.I am now looking for a new rental company, because no person should be spoke to the way he spoke to me. Poor Charles kept apologizing to me over the way Kevin spoke to me.

The Company I work for has been renting cargo vans and box trucks here for a long time now, and it is always a great experience with very friendly people working. Brycen, Micah, and Charles are always friendly on the phone and it person I would highly recommend this place for any company or person needing cargo vans or box trucks. I also want to say that the detail there team goes through when it comes to keeping the vans and trucks clean is amazing even before Covid came around thank ya guys for all the help look forward to seeing ya in the future.
