Fed ex is awful the drivers don't care where they deliver had a package delivered to the wrong house when I finally found my package is was laying in the middle of a yard by a bunch of trash in water it was electronics thankfully nothing was damaged but when I called the representative to make a complaint they were rude and disrespectful

I went there yesterday the guy was nice but I waited there for over 30 minutes young woman working there she seen I was having hard time trying to figure out what I was doing didn't offer no help she just stood there so disrespectful so I went to usps in kanawha city so nice employees and helped me .

I had a newborn and a heavy rug to drop off. As I pulled up, a very professional staff member was at the door asking if he could help me. He brought out a cart and moved by heavy item for me while so I could attend to the baby. The shipping process was so fast and easy. It took less than a minute to get my item scanned in and I was back out the door. Friendly, expedient, and exceptional customer service.

This bunch cannot read google maps. Every package delivered since Christmas has been taken to the wrong house. Pitiful! And if I could give zero stars I would have given 0.

Arrived at 8:30am, well past the store's opening time on their app and on Google only to find the doors locked. The store finally opened at 9am, and I brought my full cart in to be scanned. I pushed the first cart past the desk so the attendant could scan it, and I proceeded to unload it so I could take my cart. Another attendant decided to scold me for being behind the desk instead of offering to help unload the boxes. I still had to unload them by myself. Very unprofessional staff.

Has my package, keeps saying it’s out for delivery and never gets delivered. Had a fed ex truck sitting outside neighbors driveway for atleast an hour yesterday. They didn’t deliver anything to any of the 3 houses. Whoever Jerry is with FedEx needs fired, I understand why a lady down the road canceled her order because Jerry just never shows up. I attached 2 pictures in which the truck just sat at the end of a very long driveway, for atleast an hour and then I had to leave my house. No reason it shouldn’t be delivered at this point.

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago, but it required a signature, so I requested that they deliver it on Saturday and payed extra. No show on Saturday. So a week later, I requested to hold it for pickup, since it's been sitting less than 15 miles from me anyway. Then it was implied that the whole thing was somehow my fault, even though I haven't been updated once in over a week, even if I requested updates. Everyone talks bad about the postal service, but I've never had this kinda problem with the post office.

Very friendly staff but I had gave them 3 packages to send out and 1 of them got sent out separately, the day after. I was returning something that was under warranty and the company wanted the equipment shipped in seperate boxes, the problem is I received the replacement the same way it got sent out. I had gotten 2 of 3 packages on Wednesday and the 3rd came on Thursday. It would have been nice to receive all 3 packages the same day instead of having to wait for the 3rd one to come in. Other than that, I have no complaints ?

I brought in a bunch of packages to be shipped to different addresses right before the cut off to time and Tim helped me expertly and quickly get them all mailed. It was an absolute relief to have someone so understanding assist me on an already chaotic day. Thank you Tim!

How do you close a whole store with no notice to the public? Make no mistake this is a FedEx Print & Ship Center. The company should be ashamed of themselves. The 800# Claims they do not have district or area managers...even the employees were caught off guard. Pitiful.

ordered 50 11x17 prints on Glossy 7.7mil CARD STOCK and got 50 flimsy, grainy, NOT card stock prints..then i was told i can't return them and i would have to just "eat it"..$200 wasted on THEIR mistake..this is poor business and completely unacceptable and i hope that this review finds them....i have attempted to reach out to their corporate office to no avail..I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE ANYONE TO USE ANOTHER SERVICE..Fedex will just screw up your order and screw you out of money..i wish i could give them LESS THAN ONE STAR
