I’ve ordered the past two years with shein more times than I can count. I’ve never had an issue with packages through USPS.
My item got shipped through FedEx says it was shipped and delivered same day with FedEx on June 19th. My email through SHEIN says shipped on 26th and last updated still pending delivery, how does this make any since????
Package was delivered to wrong address my house is stucco gray not red brick. There’s only one red brick home up my road. Guess what that’s not it. Im Guessing driver got lazy and decided to just leave my package at some random house and can’t get a refund though SHEIN

This is the worst FedEx facility anywhere. I’m not even sure they have anyone working there. I paid $26 to have a small pkg. sent 2 day air and 5 days later it’s still in Charleston. Piss poor excuse for a shipping company.

I have lived at the same address for 6 years. And the delivery driver apparently can't find hickory Mills apartments. He needs to be fired because It's literally one of the biggest apartment complexes in teays valley. Was supposed to be delivered Monday but here is Thursday lol. If you could not find it maybe give me a call? I paid 50 extra for 2 day shipping and it's been almost 10 days. Fire that guy please the other driver had no problem delivering.. confirmed it is definitely the right address. Probably just lazy and didn't have time and wanted to go home . Don't we all.

Walk in to ship an item, ask the guy if he could print the label that a girl at the same location did a month ago, he looked at me like I kicked his sick dog and tog me know, then told me to go to a print center, I was complaining as I was walking out because I mean how is it that the main fedex hub in Charleston can not print a shipping label??? And then the tall old guy was rude about it. As I was walking out he said (I beg your pardon) in response to my complaining, and I didn’t want to pick a fight but who does that with customers.

Waited for 2-day delivery of package that did not require a signature. The time frame was 11:30 am - 1:45 pm....was at the the address when the driver arrived but did not hear a knock...a chair was on the landing, but the driver was filmed coming to the door but carrying the item back to the van. That was around 3:00 PM. Had to purchase a substitute item the next day for an important event. Got run around from a foreign contact who would not provide a contact phone number for the local distribution center. The package arrived 5 days later!

When I changed the delivery location on my parcel, it did not give me a way to indicate where I wanted it delivered if it was set to”OTHER”. Attempts to work with the automated system produced no useful results and my request to speak to an actual human being resulted in me being disconnected. There is a reason I do not voluntarily ship things or receive shipments from FedEx.
I would like to say my interactions with actual human beings that worked for FedEx have always been positive. It is your automated system that is literally useless Unless your problem is in the very narrow range that the system provides. I assume that it will work, but I wouldn’t know since I’ve never actually had a problem that was addressed by the automated system.

Two packages stuck in Charleston since 9/9/24, one since 9/13/24. Reordered same products from a different online store only to discover they too use FedEx for shipping. Rumor has it all drivers walked out and no one to deliver packages. This is a problem. Any idea how and when this is going to be resolved?

downtown Charleston location haven’t had the chance to meet one good customer service person at this location. all seem to not want to be there (no smiling faces) came in 20 minutes to closing and was scolded about how she didn’t have a break all day and how wrong I was for wanting 1 copy made 20 minutes before closing. Great location terrible service agents

I paid for my package to be delivered overnight. It was supposed to be there at 10:30 in the morning. It is 1032 in the morning now and my package is still at the place that I shipped it at. I’m Very dissatisfied I want my money back
