Update: Spoke to store manager regarding issue and she was extremely sorry for the way this interaction with other manager went and worked out the problem with me. Ordered hot water tank took weeks to come in and was damaged. Reordered tank waited 2.5 weeks and again was damaged. Asked to speak to manager and got Charles. His response to the damage was no his problem you can reorder it again. Asked him since it was the second time I had to come and receive a damaged unit after waiting over a month at this point could they swap me out for same unit with pressure valve on side. Unit was same size but now $100 more than I paid for unit ordered. Was told no He wasn’t taking a loss on it since it’s not his fault. Okay well you have to reorder the one I purchased for the same price as I originally paid which now went up over $200 more than when I originally ordered.

Do not buy major appliances here. They use bad delivery and installation services and then it's nothing but problems when you ask them to fix all the problems caused. They try to pass it off on the manufacturer instead of taking responsibility every chance they get and then the manufacturer tries to avoid responsibility also and you never get what you need.

I'm never ordering appliances from Home Depot again. I ordered a refrigerator on Oct 1st. It was to be delivered on Dec 06th. The delivery guys damaged it. Home Depot had to ship a new one. Jan 7th. It was to be delivered. We had the snow storm.... They were to deliver it on the 8th they called and left a message they would be here in 20 mins. They never showed up on Sat the 8th. They told their company we weren't home. All four of us were home. We called back numerous times and left a message. No one would answer or call back. Now they say The next delivery day will be on Sat the 15th. That's if they don't damage it this time. I'm so mad. Never again. 3.5 months for a refrigerator that I could go to Lowes and buy... Their choice of unprofessional delivery companies reflects poorly on Home Depot as a company and they lost future business. I bought a dishwasher and oven from Lowes since I ordered this fridge and both were in stock.

The delivery drivers were going to leave our cook stove out in our driveway. They said it was a drop and not an install. We knew that they were not supposed to install it but that they needed to take it in or at least put it on our front porch. After my husband told them he couldn't move it because he literally just had heart surgery 4 days ago, they decided to bring it to the back porch. One of the drivers said he had a bad back and wasn't going to hurt his self by moving the stove to the place where we needed it (Up 3 steps). Why would you hire someone as a delivery driver that wasn't supposed to be lifting heavy objects? So now we are going to have to pay someone to move it from the back to the front porch just to get it in our house where we need it. The guys were the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever met in my life.

I’m really upset I bought an LG rage/oven in May about a month ago it broke I have sent numerous repair tickets and daily messages and have gotten nowhere I have elderly in my home and this is not acceptable Why sell something you can’t get service for I doubt I will ever buy anymore LG products from anywhere

I went to Home Depot today to make a return of a Whynter 14,000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner. The unit is in excellent shape as it has not been open or used. It is still in the original packaging. However, my return is 1 year and 1 to 2 days old. So, 366 – 367 days old. I did purchase the item on July 4th, 2018. It arrived on my doorstep in Fayetteville, WV sometime between the dates of July 11 – July 13 2018. We could even say the item is 1 year and 8 days old. On Home Depot

First time shopper because Lowe's is so much closer. They won me over today! I love they had a door greeter and helped me find my way. 3 other helpers asked if we needed help. Lowe's employees scatter when we need help!

Just used this Home Depot 2 weekends in a row.Remolding 2 bathrooms.Ordered a shower door with assistance from Karen Tabor Morrow.Very friendly and helpful associate.If you need anything at all ask for this lady or find her back in the cabinet dept.You will feel like a friend is helping you!!!Highly recommend this Home Depot
