Because they knew I needed a cash advance up front but I only made 800 something when we were done I asked the lady how long it would take to hit my account she said 2 or 3 weeks I could have done turbo tax for free and waited that long

Amber, my tax representative provided excellent service and was very knowledgable and responsive. The HR BLock service provided a simple no-contact platform to provided the needed information to file taxes. The website is very streamlined, simple and easy to navigate. The only reason I choose the rating of 4.0 (really 4.5) is that I found it more expensive to file than I had expected. Even with the generous coupon (which I'm thankful for), I thought the expense was a little high. The service was great though; so I guess you get what you pay for. Thanks HR Block!
