I spoke with 3 people all telling me they couldn’t help without me having a petro card. But yet their number is on the pumps to contact if you have issues with the system. The last person was not informative at all. When I was transporting a waste management truck to North Carolina, but had to top off here in Charleston, West Virginia. She then goes on to ask me the same thing, do I have a Petro credit card? No ma’am, but I have tried four of the six credit cards that they offer and still nothing. Then she says that the card system is down in my location.
She stated they only help with waste management vehicles. But I told her I was across the street from a waste Management facility. Ma’am do you know if they have CNG pumps located inside? However, she stated that she doesn’t have that information. Now, I’m so confused! Awful customer service!!

Active as of 3/14/2022 about $2.45 gge Got about 3300 psi @ 45 degrees. Decent location. looks to have both large and small fill adapter. car adapter nearest the road appeared out of service . nozzle closer to piggly wiggly worked fine.
