Came in on Thursday from Ohio to attend a funeral along with my 93 yr old mom,y sister and brother. Had dinner found we picked up a nail had a flat, by this time everything was closed so with a running tire on my sister and I arrive at Kings on MacCorkle at 8:00 on Friday morning to get tire fix in order to drive 45 minutes to the funeral which starts at 11:00. The young man who waited on us was very laid back, had absolutely no compassion , Told us it would be se eral hours before they could fix it. I explained our situation he then said it's 1st come 1st served. I even said can't you make an exception , I know it only takes a few minutes to fix he said they could have it ready by 11
I told him we had to be there at 11:00. I know this is a day of women's lib, but my goodness we were to women needing help in order to attend a funeral we traveled 3 hrs already to attend. His attitude was unreal, I have 3 sons and believey boys respect and try to be helpful. How RUDE!!!! Oh, he walked at spoke to someone at one point and came back in not giving an inch to his original response. What goes Round comes around Kings Tire, you do reap what you sow, maybe not today but there will come a day. So
Most usually kindness goes a long way, maybe you should practice it........

I dont normally go to the effort of making a review on a place but this place deserves some recognition! We pulled in on Thursday about 3 in the afternoon with 2 horse trailers loaded with horses headed on a camping trip. One of the trailers had had a blow out about 20 minutes outside of Charleston and once we got the spare on knew we were about to have another blow out. It was also about 88° and hot! When we pulled in the guys came right out and helped us. We ended up woth 4 new tires for an amazing price and they installed all 4 tires in under 45 minutes! We were back on the road in no time! They were extremely helpful, had great service, and the hospitality was exceptional!

Had my truck inspected in February told me it wouldn’t pass because my breaks probably only had 2000 miles left on them. Told them to drop it and I’ll go somewhere else. Surprised it passed and said the breaks were fine. Just changed my breaks over the weekend and they still were fine. So do not go here they are not honest and try to drum up business off of inspections.

Had a few skid steer tires put on rims here. Wasn't cheap but then again it's not anywhere. Guys of were reasonably friendly and the tires have held up fine.

We were driving down 77 when our light came on, we called and they were able to see our car immediately. They were very friendly and helpful!

We were driving through on our way to Virginia and got a screw in the tire. We stopped here without an appointment and they got us in right away, patched the tire and were kind and friendly. If you're in the area and need service, stop in here!

Dropped my car off at 7:30 am for a tire rotation and to have a parking light changed. One person ahead of me. At noon they call to say its finished. Parking light still out even though I was informed two mechanics said it was working. Leave it there to have the bulb quickly changed. 2 hours later I'm informed they do not actually have the light and they can get it Monday. No thanks, im not waiting all day again.
Terrible service, no compensation was offered. Use Up The Creek Auto in Kanawha City instead

No stars! Went to have new tires, oil change, and alignment along with checking my brakes. This is the one in Kanawha City. They had it from 7:15 am till 5pm and did not do the alignment, it was on 10/3/24, went back and dropped the car off the next day 10/4/24 and had the alignment well, they did not do it. I have the read out. Again I dropped it off at 715am and picked up after lunch. The alignment did not last so took it back again on 10/8/24 they redid the alignment and it didn’t last a few days so I called talked to Steve the manager and I took it back on 10/16/24 they had to replace one of the new tires and realigned it again. Come to today. 10/18/24. I check my oil because there was no sticker put on the windshield and they did not reset the reading showing needed maintenance. So I checked the oil. It is dirty! I paid over $900 for all of this and the $70 oil change did not get done! I will never go back.
