Really good liquor selection in the corner of the store and the beer and wine isles isn't bad either. Fresh produce and a polite staff, their isn't much to not like. Except they can be out of stock often, but there are worse things

Bring back the humans. No one wants to stand in line at self check out. It is insane. Terrible experience and everyone is grumpy and miserable. I will not shop here again until they fix it.

The Ashton Place Kroger is the best of the Kroger stores in the Charleston area--widest choice of high quality items, great variety of fresh baked goods and produce, clean aisles and counters, courteous customer service department, and friendly staff in aisles to help and at check-out. Thank you. I'll be back again next week!

Stopped here on a whim...first and last time. The employee refused to sell his allocated liquors because he was keeping them for himself. Hopefully his manager reads this.Ridiculous waste of time!

Went at 6am as soon as the doors opened to try and go with as little people in the store as possible. Almost all store associates were not wearing a mask. They weren’t even trying to pretend. The meat guy had his hanging around his name badge. The pickup shopper didn’t even have one in site. When calling management their only response was that they aren’t required to be in the store that early. We left as soon as we realized. Go to Walmart. They a true force their policies.

May 23,2019 Kroger Ashton Place. Worse customer service ever experienced. I was about to check out and saw one checkout line with about 10 to a dozen customers in line. People were getting antsy about the line taking so long to move so I decided to ask a manager if they could do something about help to check out the growing line. Instead, He replied unapologetically that they only have one cashier. Its 7:30 PM , prime hours , and they only have one cashier? I was hoping he'd roll up his sleeve and help the front but instead he nonchalantly left. He couldn't careless. Other customers approached the manager without any success. I always come to this store and this is the first time I experienced this kind of customer service. I'll be going to Walmart next time!

I call this the "Gucci Kroger" for a reason. Their deli, salad bar and sushi selection are top notch! I love their selection of organic fruits and vegetables. The only issue is parking, I have a bigger vehicle and it's sometimes a bit cramped to get in and out of there.

I get so frustrated by this store. They are always out of something we need, every single trip we go there! Even during the holidays they'll be out of things like aluminum foil or flour. They were out of our milk the other day. They have every wine under the sun but can't keep up on essential food. Ridiculous.
