The staff at this Kroger are exceptional. Our dog had an accident in the car on our road trip through WV and we stopped at this Kroger to clean the car up. Not only did a Kroger security guard help us find everything we needed, he helped us clean the car for over an hour. Great service.

We were very impressed with this Kroger. All sale items were in stock. Sales associates greeted us - every one of them - and even if they were stocking shelves, they moved out of the way so we could get through or get what we needed. We found everything we needed and zipped through self-checkout.

Picked up an order today and two guys came out to load my groceries. I didn’t even have that much to load, but after they were done, one of them shut my door and just walked away. Never told me thank you, kiss my hind end, or anything. I wasn’t even sure if they were done loading my stuff. Just plain rude.
