Picked up an order today and two guys came out to load my groceries. I didn’t even have that much to load, but after they were done, one of them shut my door and just walked away. Never told me thank you, kiss my hind end, or anything. I wasn’t even sure if they were done loading my stuff. Just plain rude.

Getting tired of placing pickup orders & being told that the items I requested, which they were out of, had no appropriate substitutions available. Really? You're completely out of OJ, fries, lemons, bologna, shaving razors, etc? These are items which have numerous substitutions sitting right beside of them! Pick one.
