I recently purchased a window and had it installed. My son went to look for a blind or tint to put on it, and was harassed by security to the point he ask service desk to speak to manager, and overheard them tell not to answer their phone. My son left and security followed him out yelling at him. This is not the way your paying customers should be treated. This store has went down hill. Someone should be held accountable and maybe better security. Your service desk is responsible for poor service

I had to visit the customer service desk. The employee that what you would call assisted me was the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life! The issue that I came to the store with was not resolved. However I did experience verbal aggression the highest level of UN-customer service and disrespect from a besheveled employee engaging me in arguments to the extreme you can't even imagine never been treated like this at a store. I wanted to make a written complaint about the behavior. The employee refused to give me a last name or an employee number. The other employee came over in response to the clerk's raised voice instead of asking me the customer what was wrong She did not make eye contact with me and asked the rude clerk what was going on. When the other clerk finally made eye contact with me I told her what was going on and said that I would like to have the manager's name the manager's email and a written address to make a written complaint She said I quote, "I ain't Writin' nothing down!" I asked for the information again same clerk responded "thers' his picture on the wall!" Lowe's Kanawha City is horrible. I left so upset I couldn't even concentrate ? in tears of frustration. Even worse directly in the middle of the counter in front of the disgruntled employee I had left my cell phone. The employee who obviously saw it did not make me aware ma'am you left your phone I had to make a return trip back to the store for my phone. If you do not want to be treated poorly I would recommend to go to any other location with the exception of Lowe's Kanawha City McCorkle Avenue enue.

There are no sales associates on the floor to assist customers. I was looking for a long stiff bristled brush and the didn't have any of the sort. I literally checked every aisle...

Customer service is always good here. I don't look for unusual items I asked them associate and they tell me exactly where to find them

We find what we needed. The young guy who helped us was very friendly but didn't have very extensive knowledge of the area he was working in. Typical of Lowes these days from my experience.

Horrible location. Tried buying a dryer here. Stopped at Lowe's in Nitro first. Nitro store only had floor model. Employee checked other stores in the area. This store showed they had three in stock. Employee tried calling this store to see if they had the three in stock. Employee was on hold for 10 minutes because no one would answer the phone at this store. Wasn't going to waste the employee's time any longer. So I drove to this location and low and behold, one was the floor model that they don't sell even though it's counted as one out of the three in stock. The other two were on hold. ??? Lowe's is a joke. Find a Home Depot and spend your money there.
