Very courteous and professional people. Everything was done well. Easy in and out. They took extra time to help me with my expired insurance card. They put air in my tires one time when I just drove by and asked. Thanks Marty’s Tire Shop!Services: Tires

The salesman was kind and courteous, and helped to calm my fears, as I experienced a flat tire in the interstate. I was contacted about the issue with the tire and was given the opportunity to choose the type of tire I wanted. I am very satisfied and recommend Marty’s tire .Service: Tires

Marty's Tire is My Mechanic... when I have car trouble, they are my first stop. We use both the Charleston and South Charleston locations and both always deliver good service at reasonable prices. And most of all, if things don't go right, they take the time and effort to make it right after the sale.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

This Marty’s Tire location is always more than helpful. They do honest work and always answer any questions I may have. Not knowing much about car maintenance, it makes a difference having a shop you can trust. I know my vehicles are in good hands at Marty‘s Tire.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

The hardest part about moving from Atlanta was leaving my mechanic. As a woman, it's near impossible to find a mechanic you can trust that treats you like family. Last weekend, my car died while going 70 mph on the highway...I was able to safely pull over, I was unable to break, I kept coasting on the shoulder until I got to the next exit, was able to pop my car into park before coasting through a stop sign...I was in the middle of a road trip from Ohio to North Carolina, in the middle of West Virginia...alone...I had my car towed to Marty's Tire in South Charleston...to say I was overwhelmed and stranded is an understatement. Aaron Scott at Marty's Tire went above and beyond to take care of me, help get me back on the road to get to North Carolina. I can't speak highly enough of Aaron and how he treated me like family other than it's tempting to move here because I found another great mechanic (I still have yet to find one in Ohio haha).

Very reasonable on pricing. Honest about work that needs done. They give you options to save money and they pretty much do what they say they’re going to do. Joe and his crew have always been helpful. Charlie was very helpful to me yesterday. All the guys at the shop have been top shelf.Service: Tires

I highly recommend this place. They are very friendly and accommodating.I bought tires from them last year which were about 40% lower than Moses' price for the same tire. They gave excellent recommendations on which tires would be better for my car.I developed a slow leak in one or maybe two of the front tires. I had purchased their protection plan, which I highly recommend. They checked it out on Monday, called and said I needed two new front tires and had ordered them. Got a call on Tuesday at 7 am that the tires were in. Brought the car in at 10 and the tires were installed by 1. With the warranty and the wear on the existing tires, I paid $233 for two new tires--which is about the same cost for just one if I did not have the warranty. Fast and friendly service.I had been letting Moses do my regular maintenance, but Moses is so busy even routine maintenance has to be scheduled weeks in advance, and they charge $125 or so just to look at the car to see what the problem is. So I'm going to let Moses continue to do work covered by my extended warranty or what Marty's can't do, and let Marty's do the rest.Services: Tires

I have a older car and they had to order the size. They got them in the next morning and by noon I had my new tires. The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tires and state inspection was done in a timely manner. I would like to thank Marty tire for the positive tire buying experience.Cathy ButcherServices: Tires

Two incorrect diagnosis on two different occurrences . First had my truck towed in diagnosis was the rear end was bad , this was out of their wheel house . Had it two again to another shop , tracked down a rear end . New shop let's me know the rear end is fine , the emergency brake was the issue . One of the parking break shoes had come lose and was engaging the brake , some how twisted the line . So no expensive repair . Second occurrence my sons truck couple weeks ago had a issue . He was having break issues , was another emergency break go dodge . He was told he needed calipers , brakes , hoses , new seal in something, and couple other things and was going to cost around 2k . Frame is rusty on this truck , was told he be better to just sale it or trade it off . Was another miss diagnosing with a big price point . Laziness to get out of work or just rob a mans wallet ?
