Update: Bed delivered on anticipated delivery date within the expected delivery time window. Was advised the delivery people would call 30 minutes prior, however I received a call when they were 15 minutes away instead. Greeted both men upon arrival and the older of the two immediately met me with complaints about my driveway and the weight of the bed frame (and similarly about the bedroom being on the second floor, all of which was communicated to the sales associate when we completed the sale). The younger man was generally pleasant. Both were courteous when accepting a tip after completing the delivery.”

What impressed me the most was his honesty, Josh keep me informed every step of the way explaining in detail the process from purchasing, financing,&delivery. And he also in a graceful cool way put up with 2 elderly ladies that could not make their minds up about what end tables would match, he moved three sets of tables for us? and he keep his cool about it✌️

“I needed a new sofa/couch to replace an old piece. I went with a friend to all of the furniture stores from Southridge to Dunbar and even down to Huntington and back. My friend and I searched through types of sofa and types of fabrics trying to find something that I liked and that was comfortable. We realized we didn't know the terminology used for different styles of arms and other components of sofas and the staff at Pugh assisted us with that, which helped when we explored other furniture retailers before returning to Pugh. As far as quality, Pugh had selections that are as good or better than any other place in the valley, had a variety of fabric selections that rivaled any other store and - most importantly - had very competitive pricing. The staff was all very helpful and did everything they could to assist me through the whole process of buying a new piece, setting up delivery and removing the old piece being replaced.
