Monroe Auto is my Families new auto care center. Every where else in town wanted to make an outrageous long off appointment and I had a flat tire and a Toddler in 94degree heat. They fit us right in and no
Customer was affected by them doing so. I would recommend them for all auto service needs big or small they can almost do it all. Thank you guys sooo much for the work you did on my car. It may seem small to some but it’s the small things that count.

Manager stated that his employees didn't know how to properly work on vehicles but they are left there without a manager present. Paid to have a diagnostic test done and was told two different stories. I will never take my car back there again!

Had a terrible scraping noise coming from my car on a long road trip. Called and they were able to fit me in 1 hour until close, address the problem and fix it and I was back on the road in 15 minutes. 10/10 experience!!

The absolute worse service experience ever. Don’t waste your time. I will never go to this place again your better off looking on YouTube and doing it yourself. How in the world is this place even still in business? Terrible mechanics who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Now I need to take my car somewhere and get my car checked. Damn lesson learned. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Monro should be ashamed in what’s going on at this location.
