Brittany and Jackie at the service center always take care of me. The staff is undeniably masters of customer service. I look forward to the free detailing at each visit and they honor their warranties.

I had a great experience working with Justin Robbins to purchase a vehicle here. His personable and professional approach made the process easy and quick. I’d also like to thank Tim Bondurant and Wes Tully for their professionalism and help with working out a deal. Thanks guys!

A little over a year ago, we paid a deposit to this dealership for a new Escalade. We were recently notified that our vehicle had arrived but there was some damage incurred during transport. The vehicle was put in to the shop and repaired. Upon returning from the shop, the vehicle was promptly sold to someone else. My two best bets are it was sold at a higher price than what we had agreed to or a friend or family member got first crack at it. Could’ve been a combination of both but either way, after a year long wait, the only thing we got out of it was a stupid look on our faces. We are still waiting for our deposit to be refunded. I realize there is not much, if anything, we can do about this with the possible exception of collecting interest on the deposit. We are soooo disappointed.
UPDATE- Well the as of today, still not a peep from the dealership management. I am about to pull the trigger on a new Lexus. Seeing as how it appears that Moses owns the only Lexus dealership local to me, I can only assume I would get screwed again and I’m just too damned old and wise to let that happen Therefore, I’m off on a roadtrip to Ohio, Pennsylvania or North Carolina to bring back my retirement ride.

They kept my vehicle for almost 2 weeks. We rejected twice. Repair job to back rear door. Paint still didn’t match. Manager did say we could bring back but my husband was so unhappy with their work he chose not to have any thing else done.

Stopped here for a free charge on my Tesla. Amazing that this place offers free. Supercharging at the EV connect chargers kind of slow but better off than paying for the charging at a Tesla supercharger

Headed for South Carolina in a brand new EV. As we passed through Charleston WV our car was low on charge. We saw Moses had a Level 3 charger
We never used this type of charger. Manager, Dave came right out and talked us through the whole process. We had a little over an hour to kill.
He offered the lounge inside the dealership to us. It was early morning and he offered to have Matt, one of his employees, drive us to a nearby McD's and bring us back. Matt treated us so well and was such a great person to talk to!
Dave continued to offer us anything we needed.
I have got to say this is one of the most friendly groups of people I have met. Great people!
Thank You Dave and Matt.

Purchased a 2024 Lyriq. Put a down payment on the car about 5 days before purchase and pickup. When we picked up the car, the low tire pressure light was on with all 4 tires being low. It was after hours so no one was at the dealership. The interior had not been cleaned, the windshield had smudges and haze on it, the trunk had leaf debris, including in the storage compartment. It was missing the charging cable kit and the trunk privacy cover. Car also wasn't charged but to 50%.
When I got the car home, I tried putting air in the tires but the stem was so close to the rim, no tip would fit. 2 rims are now slightly scratched. Contacted the dealership and was told to bring it in so they could add air. Not an acceptable long-term solution. Shared a GM article that identified this as a known issue along with a known fix, installing stem extensions. Waiting on service appointment once a part for another issue arrives.
Driver door had a slight blemish on it which I notified the dealership. Initial answer by service was that this wasn't a warranty issue. Manager became involved to get panel replaced. Waiting on part and should have appointment scheduled.
Had to show dealership that charging cable kit and privacy cover were standard features via screenshots of Cadillac's website. Parts are on order. Had I not checked and looked into the issue, these would remain missing.
Dropped car off two days after purchase to have air put in tires and for door to be evaluated. Air was put in 1 tire. Hours went by. I texted the salesman that all tires were low. Air was added to 2nd. Again texted, air was put in other 2 tires. Car was detailed but leaf debris remains in storage trunk area. Car was at dealership 2 days, was only placed on charge 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Love the car, sales person was nice but it doesn't seem like any standard checklist was followed to have the car ready and the tire stem issue, being a known issue, should have been fixed prior to sale.
No one seemed to know how to sell this car. As mentioned, I had to notice, question, research myself, and educate the dealership about the missing standard items. No one knew that there was a $1500 credit toward having a Level 2 charger installed or 2 years of free EV Go charging credits that was to be discussed and decided at the point of sale. Only through a Facebook group did I learn this was offered and I had to send emails, plural, to the manager. They are now aware, a month after purchase, and are now addressing it.
If you go to buy a car here, and I hate to say this phrase, you HAVE to "do your own research" because there's no one coming to save you.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I messaged on a Tuesday and ask about a vehicle on the lot. They suggested I set up a VIP test drive on that Saturday because I had a 2 1/2 hour drive. I agreed to come test drive it. I called on my way, when I was about 1 hour away, just to confirm the car would be there waiting on me when I arrived. I was told yes. Upon arriving after a 2 hour 45 minute drive, I was told they loaned the car to the service department and it was not on the lot for a test drive. Of course they said they had another vehicle similar that I could test drive. Needless to say, we were very upset. The only thing the salesman said to my husband is that my husband was rude and he wasn’t going to deal with him!! So if you are going to test drive a car at this dealership, be careful and know that they do not care to lie to you to get you there in hopes that if you have driven 2 hours and 45 minutes that you will agree to test drive something else. And no, we were not even offered gas money for traveling that far.
