Went for a deluxe pedicure & a full acrylic, coffin shape with gel polish manicure.As soon as we walked in, it was completely empty.1st ?It was close to closing time. Which I apologized profusely for. The website said 8 but when we got there, the door said 6.She said they started closing earlier due to less business after 6.2nd ?The husband did my feet. He was extremely rude & rough. I was in and out of that chair in minutes, no scrubbing or rubbing and he barley even clipped my nails.3rd ?He then proceeded to apply the tips for my hands, again very roughly. He kept slinging my hands. It was extremely awkward & uncomfortable.4th ?The wife then begins to do the rest of the manicure process. As stated above I asked for coffin shaped nails. I received a weird egg shape and they were all different lengths at that. One was clearly crooked. She was nice though and again, I felt bad bc they clearly didn’t want to be there so I apologized and tipped generously.First and last time for me!I will stick with my girl Ruby at Lovely Nails & Spa.If she’s not available, I WILL WAIT.Services: Pedicure

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Nails were chunky and they all had a different shape. The gel polish was applied ON MY CUTICLE? What?!?! It was horrible i do not recommend to anyone!! I wish i would have never paid $50 for that. Not worth it…. Save your time and money and go somewhere elseService: Gel manicure

I'm sitting in the nail salon chair as I'm typing this crying the experience from start to finish has been horrible and I was made to feel like I was the problem because I asked them to fix the problem and only got bulling from the wife and husband. Didn't receive what I asked for my nails were super thick and all different sizes and cleaned and cut poorly. They super rushed my pedicure even though I asked for deluxe and all I got was buring hot water and cheap lotion that left white strike's down my leg and dried them out. The husband who did my pedicure was very rude and poor customer service. I will never be back and you and I promise you I will be telling everyone I know and since I live in the area of the salon that will be a lot. You should definitely take your hard earned money elsewhere. Nail Time you should be ashamed of yourself for how you treat your customers. On my way now to find another place to fix the horrible job you did since I was trying to get them done for Mother's day which is just a couple days away.Service: Gel manicure

Probably the worst manicure I have ever had. Still using the Dremel tool to remove polish, they do not wrap nails, not enough lotion and terrible massage, barely touched cuticles, paint on the skin, etc. the fans were also filthy. Only redeeming factor is the unskilled male nail technician was friendly. Would never, ever go back.

I have gone to countless places to get my brows done, and Kim has by far done the best job anyone has ever done! Whenever I go in she immediately knows what I’m there for without even asking, and she works her magic. I 12/10 recommend this place, they are always very kind and are great at what they do!

Great service and people! I just went in and got dip powder on my nails and a gel pedicure. They had a great selection of colors. Everything on my nails and toes turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I was grateful for the nail art they did for me. I brought the design in with me and they worked with me to perfect it on my nails. Simply wonderfulServices: Dip powder

Okay to start off, I got a gel manicure and pedicure. Firstly, they switched the colors that my friend and I gave them. They did my manicure and pedicure so quickly, they looked HORRIBLE. It was also $50 to get a gel pedicure, which is normal, except all they did was lotion. It was not worth it, and I will never recommend this place to anybody.

The most amazing and likable people. They always do a really good job, and I really love the way they have gotten to know me and what I like to be done to my nails and toes every time I stop by. I enjoy our conversations and am always surprised to see they remembered what we talk about last since they have so many customers they speak to everyday. It’s so sweet, and really shows they care about their customers and job.

Let me start by saying that I never write reviews for anything but I had to stop a write one for this awesome nail place. I have going here for the last year, they do a great job! Lan worked on my toes and Kim did my nails today, I love that they are always so friendly and easy to talk to. Their business has been struggling like many others because of COVID. I hope by letting everyone know how wonderful they are that more people come here to get their services done.

I got my nails done here a couple of weeks ago and my nails still look AMAZING!!! I can’t believe it because usually when I get my nails done at other salons, it will last maybe at most a week because I am rough with my nails. But not this time!! They really took their time with my nails and toes- still looks brand new! They definitely have a customer in me from now on. And their prices are so cheap!! I am extremely happy to have found this place!
