“I went in there to pick up my bracelet, there were 5 workers, I was the only customer. I stood there about 10 minutes while they all talked and ignored me. Then finally they ask my name, and in between this, they go and cuss someone who parked in there space, while I'm still standing there, at this time I have been standing about 15 minutes. Finally, she starts to check me out and that take another 5 minutes because she has to talk to her coworkers. I was the only customer, while there were 5 workers. Rudest place ever, this isn't the 1st time but I always shrug it over because I do business there, but after this. They have lost my business. Customer service is everything and there isn't any there. If the owner sees this, then I would look for different employees because they are going to kill your business.

Well I picked my bracelets up today 12/11/2025, and everyone was great . All the employees were very kind and helpful, I'm still doing business there and will continue. Everything was literally 1000 times better, great job guys and thanks.”

“I was on my way to buy a used lawn mower and one out front of this pawnshop caught my eye. The other one turned out to not start right up. So, I returned and bought a real nice Toro Personal Pace self propelled mower. This thing started on one pull and purred like a kitten. BTW: when I went inside initially, I received a friendly greeting and was attended to immediately. Kudos to Will Pawnshop for taking care of their customers right away. The store is also well organized and clean.
Here, they also sell guns, jewelry, tools, and all sorts of products. It's interesting to even browse around and see what they have.
I can recommend this store for your pawn & loan needs, or to just buy something like I did. Plenty of parking right out front.”
