The drive thru in the evenings are absolutely ridiculous. There's one lady, and she talks WAAYY TOO MUCH AND SLOW. She needs help, there's always a long line anytime after 5pm EVERYDAY ESPECIALLY FRIDAY'S. either get her so.e help or a new position

I have been a customer for 40 years. Recently my husband and I had business to conduct at the Hurricane office and while we were waiting, we asked to use their facilities. Access was absolutely denied! Husband is elderly and on water medications, Ithought that was a cruel way to treats long time customer who was there to conduct business. I am not over this, and may never be. I can understand not permitting the general public, we are bank customers, there to see someone to conduct business. An absolute apology would be nice. P.S. I have always loved the Credit Union.

My husband & I have banked with the for about 7 years & they have never done us any favors. Other than reversing a $35 fee when our car payment came out twice by mistake. They are constantly locking my card for the more ridiculous reasons & they never send a text or email to let me know. They call me ONCE & do NOT leave a voicemail & then make notes that they did leave a voicemail. We have tried to get our cars refinanced through them & have been turned down EVERY time & have tried to get small personal loans through them & again, turned down EVERY time. Doesn’t matter how log of a customer you have been with them. They’re greedy. And customer service is a joke. I opened a new bank account with another bank. Just waiting for my direct deposit to transfer so I can close my account with them. I will NEVER go back. Only rated one star because no star was not an option.

Extremely poor customer service using the toll free phone number. I had to make 2 calls as the person I spoke with first did not take care of my request. The second person I spoke with did take care of my request but was rude and unprofessional. Did not disclose charges associated with my request.

Slow tellers at the window for cashing a check in the drive thru. Friendly but extremely slow.

I love Wv Pioneer and the staff at the kan blvd east facility are so nice and go beyond to assist me, which i appreciate so much because i am disable and need assiatance. I always get A+ service and omg the fraud dept is on point like the feds.. Keep up the great work and service15 years as a WV Pioneer customer!!! Same wonderful service

HORRIBLE BANK THEIR ATM JUST ATE MY BANK CARD I LEAVE FOR THE BEACH IN >72HRS NO MONEY NO CARD NO HELP WHATSOEVER they honestly need shut down. Ive called customer service 3x and have been hung up on twice and not helped AT ALL. If I could give them less than 1 star I definitely would. This is a beyond horrible bank because the customer service is horrible. They need new equipment or shut down.

Approximately 18 months ago we were blessed with the opportunity to explore PioneerWV Credit Union! We have since refinanced our primary home, bought 2 other investment properties & most recently purchased an additional automobile, all financed at Pioneer! In each instance, the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs! Plus, as we explored the marketplace, we were told time & again, you have a great deal, no need to explore further! In fact, while we were at the car dealership, we were actually told by their Finance Manager, “We'll just give you the paperwork, we can't find a better deal than thatâ€!

Awful company. They will keep your families money when they die even if your name is on the account. This just happened to a friend of ours and the word needs to get out. Avoid this bank. Use a different one because they are rude, ignorant, and illegally withhold your money if someone dies on the account. AVOID

When I called to inform them of my mother's passing, the woman tried to ask me to pay her credit card immediately with a savings account she held at this credit union against the direction of county probate court. When I attempted to close the savings account in order to start an estate account, this credit union refused me access to the money in spite of my status as executor, even though her debt has to be processed through county probate court.
