Anthony is not only rude, but does not listen to what you want. He spent the whole visit talking about himself, and continually yelled at me when I would show him pictures of what I wanted. I showed him a "balayage" style, which he said he could do, and then he proceeded to give me blonde highlights. Additionally, he told me to "suck it up" when the toner was burning my scalp. In the end, when I told him that I did not like the final color, he proceeded to scream at me, tell me I was "trying not to pay" ( I did pay despite it being the opposite of what I asked for), ripped the curlers out of my hair when I told him I didn't like the color, called me a "little girl", and the other worker in the salon had to physically hold him back from me. All in all, there are many salons in Charleston with professional hairdressers who will give you what you ask for and not take it personally when you tell them you would prefer something else. I would definitely suggest trying one before resorting to Salon Icon.
