They have no electric carts for those who are disabled. I have a very hard time walking long distances and when asked if they have motorized carts I was told nope. It is sad that I paid for a membership that I can’t completely enjoy due to nerve damage in my body. Please think of this for future people who need it.

Terrible service wait forever to even be waited on. Then takes them a hour ring up my tires. Tell me 45 mins to a hour for installation. 3 hours later they still have not started. When I ask why it’s taking so long all I get is a oh well.Store really need to look into their customer service.

Sam’s refused to allow me to pick up my wife’s pickup order and was very rude and unprofessional. I talked to a manager, and they didn’t care either.

We have been using the Sam's club pick up for close to a year. I always order and my husband picks up. They changed their policy and no longer allow this. Which is fine. You now have to add an authorized person to pick up. I asked the lady on the phone if I could do this by phone or in writing via email as they policy was unknown to us and it was too late to change it online without canceling the order. I figured we could easily fix the issue as my husband was there waiting on them to bring out the groceries. The employee raised her voice and became very rude. I just hung up the phone. This is the problem with big chains like this. They do not care about their customers. We will no longer be shopping at Sams, not that they care as indicated by their employee.

Typical Sams club and with my job I had to visit 2 or 3 times per month. The parking lot was so icy, they didn't even bother to clear path for customers If someone falls they will be sued I asked the lady at the door and she said I can't do it myself and walked away Ugh!!!!!

I’ve bought tires for myself and my son bought his tires here. I’ve never had an issue. Their warranty has saved both of us money after getting a flat tire. Great customer service and they were very helpful every time.

I've bought multiple sets of tires for our vehicles from this Sam's Club. There's no trick to it, come in there willing to buy what they suggest for you, or do your own research and come in knowing what you want and either way they help you out. If you don't have the brain capacity to do either of those options you're going to have a bad time. There's always someone there who can't decide and it does get aggravating waiting behind an inconsiderate person, but that doesn't land on the employees.

My girlfriend came here to get tires put on her Toyota Corolla. It has a unique size of tire (compared to other more standard sizes) so they had to order them. According to their website, they could order Goodyear Assurance tires and they'd be there in 3-5 business days. All good, or so I thought. The person who helped her told her that he couldn't get Goodyear Assurance tires and that she'd have to get Eagle Sport tires. First off, that's an outright lie because they can essentially order any tire they want, it's just more of a headache to get one they don't usually stock. But more importantly, the Eagle tire is a sport tire! Can you guess what sport tires aren't good at? Snow and rain! The exact reason she went to get new tires in the first place. The person helping her should have asked why she wanted those tires and made a recommendation based on why she wanted them. At least that way she'd end up with a comparable tire and not be sent out with ones that don't address the fundamental reason for her needing new tires to begin with. Also, these tires last approximately 10,000 miles less. OH! And, they said they do alignments to her and they don't. Another outright lie. F*** this place.

Great place to buy in bulk at reasonable prices. Great variety. It's hit or miss on national brands and they are always changing so near impossible to know if they have what you need. Also do your homework because not all items are cheaper than competitors.
