Book hour and half massage for couple. Massage bed was terrible. Room super cold. Did not work knots out. Left needing a massage.

Second time I’ve gone here and have been pleased both times! Today I got Tiffany and she did amazing and worked with me even so last minute! She kept conversations going and helped me get the most beautiful outcome for this weekend ☺️ I didn’t take any before or after pics but thank you Tiffany for making me feel comfortable for the first time in a salon! I also want to give a big thank you to the owner ( I didn’t grab your name I’m sorry! ) for also helping me out and working me in!

I was so disappointed they didn't complete the hour I payed for and the sheets wasn't clean.I took everything off the table.First impression is important to me

I have been going here for about 18 months including the old location in KC. I have enjoyed the services I have received which include deep tissue massages and facials. I will agree with the reviews about the appearance it does not give off high end vibes. However, the prices of this spa does not give off high end either. I think they could revamp (redesign). With that being said I enjoy going there due to I am not a high end customer lol. I feel like a lot of the staff are new in their profession, but do a good job. I have been to other spas in the area but feel most comfortable with Serendipity. I don't feel out of place and do not feel as if I am being judged.

The staff is friendly, but I’m not sure they’re qualified to be giving the services advertised. We went for a couples massage and it was painful, not relaxing, the majority of the session. I did not feel entirely satisfied afterward and still feel I need a massage.

Worth your time and money! I had a wonderful salon experience with Taylor. She was friendly, fun to talk to, made me feel good about my style choice and gave amazing feedback. I love what she did with my hair and how fun and bouncy it is now. The salon also has a chill and relaxing vibe, with a fun layout. I will definitely be going back!

The staff is friendly, the couples massage was fantastic. The only “downside” is the building is awkwardly laid out, lots of turns to get where you’re going and it looks like a casual place not exactly what you think of when you hear spa but if you don’t care about how pretty it looks I highly recommend.

Went in to get my brows done this week. Everyone was super friendly! Melissa did my brows and she was great. Prices are great. Looking forward to more of their services in the future !

I went to this place for an hour massage .. when I first walked in the building had an awful odor, decor was terrible (dirty water features that didn't work), it was cold (thermostat read 62), staff was all piled up at the front desk eating pizza, when I got back in the room for my hour massage (which lasted 23 minutes) the young girl was very under qualified... she used olive oil and had zero massage techniques...she basically rubbed you as if she was rubbing a baby... then she was playing with her phone the whole time... WORST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
