I went in to purchase 2 or 3 pair of sneakers but left without anything. They only had about 3 pair of shoes in the color ( solid black) and size I needed. The styles were not to my liking.
I gave up the color battle and decided to get a black and white pair. There were more in my size but not many. The problem is, they don't have an actual pair of shoes in the box. I can only try on a right shoe. I need to be able to try on a left due to arthritis in that foot.

Wish you guys were open earlier. I work overnights so its hard for me to make it in, especially when I need to grab some emergency shoes. So I end up at Shoe Carnival. I really like your selection better but can't do the hours 😔

Would get a better rating if tbey were open earlier. 10 am is a lazy man time. Most of us have to start our day much earlier. 8am would be ideal but I can even understand 9am, but 10am is ridiculous and you've lost my family's business because those hours dont suit us.

I WENT TO THIS STORE AND WAS NEVER OFFERED HELP!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT THIS HAS HAPPEN TO ME THE FIRST TIME WAS IN THE MERCER MALL STORE IN BLUEFIELD!!!!! IF PPL DONT WONT TO OFFER ASSISTANCE TO THE PPL THEN WHY COME TO WORK!!!! I LEFT ONCE AGAIN UNHAPPY WITH NO SHOES CAUSE IM SICK OF IT!!!! DONT COME TO WORK IF U DONT WONT TO HELP THE PUBLIC POINT BLANK !!!!!

Attempted to buy a pair of tennis shoes and found a pair on display. Upon checking out, they went to the back to get the matching shoe. After 15 minutes of searching they could not find it and said they aren’t sure what happened. Waste of time.

Love this store to be able to grab my little a pair of shoes for her special dresses and cowgirl boots. All employees have always been so nice and helpful.
