I was an everyday customer for 3 years of smoker friendly I had to have open heart surgery I have a child and a single mother I couldn't work and I asked him if I could put the money jar to help me pay my bills and they told me no. Even though they have jars there for a lot of people they wouldn't let a customer that went there every day for 3 years to put a jar up to help feed her kid after a 5-way Vascular bypass. I thought they were my friends but in the end they just want my money you will not get another $1 of my money again.

Love this place, was a go to for 3 years while living in the Charleston Area! You'll find much more affordable, and reputable brands here, for more than a fair cost, And you're Supporting an American Business, which is really what it should be all about!

Went through the drive thru, the worker accused my girlfriend of having someone else’s drivers license. Then she demanded my drivers license since we were using my card to pay. No other smoke shops treat their customers like this.

The staff at this place is absolutely top notch, Colin, Sherry, and Shawn. They never fail to treat me like I belong and just carry on a conversation. I love this place and it will always be my number one tobacco and incense shop. Every now and then they have great deals on glass they have a few chillums for sale right now for 1.99$ can't beat that deal. Also they have a drive thru which is the bees knees for when you have a meeting but also need dip/cigs/THC related components. All in all if you're going to get your tobacco and want to be treated like a best friend instead of a stranger swing by Kanawha City Smoker Friendly! You won't regret it.

The only problem I have with the kanahwa city location is that they DO Not Keep The Shelves Stocked there always out of what im going there for so no i wouldn't recommend them to anyone that wants there stuff !!!!!!!!!!

Awesome staff! Plenty of options! Great price! Benefits for membership that's free. Plenty of inventory. Easy to locate the store! Hours could be slightly later but what they have seems to work pretty good!
