If you shop this store ask for Summer. She is a very knowledgeable sales lady and she takes the time to explain everything to you. She is excellent! She didn’t receive commission on my sale and she still took time to explain everything and helped me with my phone. To me that’s excellent service! It wasn’t about commission it was about the customer. That doesn’t happen often in retail these days. If you want great service ask for Summer.

They aren’t helpful at all and didn’t give me the right totals and gave me the run around. If you like Sprint I suggest Cross Lanes WV store. Even with me getting bad service at South Charleston the Cross Lanes is stepped in to help. The assistant manager is no help at all

The staff here are absolutely terrible, I quit going here when Evan left. The manager, Kara, is the rudest person I’ve ever met and she knows absolutely nothing helpful. The last time I was in here she was literally walking around barefoot. The staff seem more interested in gossiping and listening to music than doing anything to actually help customers. I drive to Huntington when I need help with an issue now.

Called briefly just to get some information on upgrading phones and spoke to the rudest associate... She acted annoyed that I called in the first place and refused to explain anything. Really uncomfortable experience, so we’ll definitely be going to a different location.

This place has a knowledgeable staff, but has a management team that are never available, don’t know what they’re doing on the storefront side of things and when the store is full of people, you can catch the store manager walking around in the back, past the open back room door in things like, sweatpants and NO shoes. Good luck attempting to get any kind of real help here, as the manager is too busy taking credit for the work of her subordinates and stealing company time playing on Facebook. I would suggest going to any other location until the company finally wises up to the favoritism and this store has a new manager. Preferably one who actually knows how to do even a 1/10th of what their reps have to do. I was employed here, myself and was a top sales rep. Upon questioning my manager with the rest of my team and former team members, I was set up by the manager and her friends to be fired, so as not to make anymore waves for her. If this seems unbelievable, please go in to the store and ask for help from the store manager from the get go. If she’s there, watch and see how many people she has to ask how to do anything to help you in even the simplest way.

Deceptive, told me I would get up to 600 when I switch service. Just bring in my old bill.i brought it in and was told gift card would arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.after 2months I went back and asked and was told for THE FIRST TIME that I need to also return my old phone and also must be in mint condition for a measly 130$ that I already paid 600 plus...worst mistake switching

Evan was my angel today! He helped me understand charges on my bill. I walked in the store, was addressed immediately, waited on quickly, had all my questions answered, asked for and received a copy of my latest bill, and left a very happy customer in about 10 minutes. Thank you, Evan

0/10 DO NOT recommend Sprint.. service is awful, doesn't work half of the time.. they cut off my service today with no notice because "i didn't pay my bill" but i paid it online & even called customer service to verify that i had a $0.00 balance & they told me that it was confirmed that i paid my payment.. $87 for 1 phone, plus the $36 reactivation fee that i have to pay on my next bill. Even though i told them it was not my fault that my payment didn't go through. Already talked to the manager in customer service to give the guy who "helped" me get my phone.
