Stray Dog Antiques is a treasure trove and the most interesting collection of curios and antiques in town, located in downtown Charleston. The incredible store spans three floors and is filled with unique and fascinating curiosities, a carefully curated selection of items, and beautiful arrangements. Shoppers will find antique furniture, vintage collectibles, beautiful jewelry, delightful collections of silver spoons, clothes, a great mineral and stone collection, and some really interesting pieces mixed in with normal knick knacks, all with very reasonable pricing. The staff are uniformly polite, helpful, sweet, and the nicest people. They are knowledgeable and willing to share insights, cool stories, and are interesting to talk to, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Browsing through the fascinating antiques and vintage treasures is a delight and a treat all by itself. It is a fun store to stop by and browse, a true gem in the heart of the city, and a must-visit for anyone in the Charleston area. The business also donates frequently to a local animal rescue coalition.
I drag my fiance there when he will go. Actually he enjoys Gina and Gary as much as I do. Plan are several hours if you want to see everything. I NEVER have walked out of there empty-handed. I still love my $2 steal/deal. Go, go, go!

Helpful staff. Fun items I have not seen in other shops. Amazing furniture set in upper level if you need to furnish your medieval castle. Very reasonable prices.
