Previously, we had phones from another company... named after a noisy, very annoying green, insect (which rhymes with Ticket btw)! We suffered through 2 years of being purposely misled (i.e. lied to), rudely insulted by a female manager at the Corridor G store location, sold defective & inferior phone equipment, & generally having our questions & service problems ignored by our previous provider,We originally got our T-Mobile phones almost 2 years ago from the sales rep, John, who was & is phenomenally helpful. We had been searching for about 2 months for a new phone provider and only planned to continue our "window shopping" that particular day but ended up buying on the spot & we're very glad we did! John even took the time to get us setup with our phones, so we had a totally smooth, problem free transition to our new phones... very important to anyone but even more so for a couple of "not quite so tech savvy" retirees!! That whole switching experience was totally unlike our experience with our previous phones when we lost ALL our phone contacts AND ALL OUR PICTURES!! We always deal with John for any of our questions or problems, which thankfully have been very minimal. In the beginning, we had a few "new phone panic" questions, but John was always able to solve our "problems" via a phone call. In fact, today's visit to the Kanawha Mall store location was only the second time we'd been in the store since we first came in to buy. T-Mobile is definitely a dependable phone provider & has a great bunch of friendly & helpful staff members in their Kanawha City store. However, DON'T ASK FOR JOHN... he's ours!!

Unbelievably horrible customer service. They acted like I was wasting their time and tried to tell me because I was a former Sprint customer, I couldn't activate my new phone unless I fully switched to a T-Mobile account. I called T-Moble and the lady I spoke with needed only a number from the new phone and the SIM card number and activated it in about three minutes. The two guys working at the T-Mobile store that day (8-24-2022) were clearly uninterested in helping customers and simply wanted to continue their conversation that I apparently interrupted by, ya know, trying to continue helping to PAY THEIR BILLS... I never had issues like this with Sprint...or AT&T when I was with them (Sprint's Unlimited plan was way cheaper than AT&T or I would have never switched). In fact, this single experience was infuriating enough to cause me to be seriously considering going BACK to AT&T.

I was visiting from MD and my Pixel 6 Pro started making a weird rattling noise. Dave and Nathan made the warranty claim a piece of cake.

Excellent help. Set me up with what I needed. Didn't take long at all. That's one of the reasons why I'm a T-Mobile customer.

I'm not sure how they normally are, but last time I came, I wanted to know about switching to Metro PCS. They said even though it's called Metro by T-Mobile and even though their store is mapped on the Metro website, they cannot help.Today I tried to go back to look around and see if someone else could help me because it makes no sense that the Metro website lists this location but the employees are saying it's not. But evidently an employee closed the store at 5PM rather than 8 PM and just left a sign on the door. The website says they close at 8PM.

Traded in my Iphone XR which was in great shape because TMobile indicated it would not be supported when 5G kicked in. I was told I would receive $700 trade in value. After spending hours on this received a new phone, mailed it in and this morning received text that I would only receive $127. Am told I probably will not be able to get my phone back. Bait and switch!

Not happy to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. My service plan has already increased $10/month even though my services have not improved any at all. I called the new local location to pay my bill and the business phone rang approximately 12 times before anyone answered and told me to call "611" to pay my bill by phone. THAT number rang continuously without an answer at all. It was so much easier to call Sprint by dialing "*3" which took me directly to the payment center that had all of my payment info in store so it never took more than 1 minute to pay my bill without having to drive to a location to pay my bill & there was NO SERVICE charge for paying by phone
